Mandatory SafeEntry Declaration of all visitors and staff
To facilitate any need for contact tracing, all members are required to scan the SafeEntry QR code to declare their travel and health status upon entering the clubhouse.
Mandatory Temperature Screening of all visitors and staff
All members will take mandatory temperature screening procedures upon entering the gym. Individuals with temperatures 38°C and above will not be allowed entry. Staff will take temperatures twice a day (during their shifts).
Entry to GameZone at Playpen facility
All members and guests will have to book their slots via GetKaki-HomeTeamNS mobile app prior to arrival.

Easy access and availability of hand sanitisers
Hand sanitisers are provided over-counter before proceeding into the console games room or the usage of the tables and benches for board games
Implementation of social distancing
Safe distancing of 1m is implemented between rooms and board games tables and benches. In accordance with the safe distancing guidelines announced by the Multi-Ministry Taskforce, GameZone must adhere to a maximum of 4 pax in each console games session and board games session. This capacity limit is to minimize the risk of large clusters forming. Mixing of groups is not allowed. One marshal will supervise every mission.
Sanitising
All console room controllers will be sanitised before and after every booking.
Masks and face shields are mandatory to be worn during the mission.
Bookings
We’re limiting the number of visitors to help everyone follow social distancing guidelines. Pre-booked time slots ensure that visits are spread out throughout the day and that the facility doesn’t exceed our safe capacity.

To minimize contact and queues forming, we request that you book your ticket online before you arrive at a site. However, you can book online on the day of your visit if there are still time slots available.
Booking for both console games and board games is based on the 1-hour slot. For console games, you can book up to a maximum of 2 hours.
Yes, you can. You may extend your session by booking the additional time slot via the HomeTeamNS mobile app. (Subject to availability)
The consumption of food or drink is forbidden in the console rooms.
There is no refund for cancellation of booking of in the event of no-show or late/missed sessions
