Post-retirement, Paul Cheong and Jaclyn Foo have transitioned into the front lines of community policing as members of the Volunteer Special Constabulary (Community). Through their deep-seated empathy to support vulnerable seniors and educate the next generation, they have found a shared purpose that not only strengthens community resilience but also their personal relationship.
