  • Due to limited capacity, we are only accepting HomeTeamNS Fitness Workz members at this current juncture.
  • Walk-in entries for non-HomeTeamNS members are suspended. Walk-ins are only available for HomeTeamNS members – $5.35/pax (peak and non-peak hours)
  • Bookings are strongly encouraged to be done in advance for a workout session to avoid delays and crowds. Bookings can be done via the mobile app.
  • Each workout session booking is for 90 minutes only. No extension is allowed. This is to minimise exposure and contact with other members from the next session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Masks must continue to be worn at all times unless you are doing strenuous exercise, showering or re-hydrating.

Please ensure that any types of equipment used (e.g., free weights, barbells, plates, weighted machines, benches, cardio machines) are wiped down with the sanitizers and cloths provided.

Fitness Workz is allowing fully-vaccinated members to work out in the gyms as they have better protection again infection and severe illnesses. The health and safety of our staff and members remain our top priority. We want to maintain the gym as a safe environment for everyone!

We will be sure to keep you posted with there are any changes.

Yes. Our shower and sauna facilities will remain open to all the members. There will be a maximum capacity of 10 pax at any point in time. For your own safety, do avoid conversing with one another at the changing and locker area. Please maintain a physical distance of 1 meter at all times.

No. Walk-in entry is only applicable to all members. However, all walk-in bookings have to be made via the HomeTeamNS mobile app, GetKaki.

In line with the latest government guidelines, should we have a positive Covid-19 case in our gym, we will follow the guidance from MOH.

Yes, you are advised to cancel your booking if you are feeling unwell or experiencing flu-like symptoms. To cancel your booking, do inform us at 6705 9473 or email to fitness_workz@hometeamns.sg.


Our Vaccination Requirements

Yes. Fully vaccinated individuals may participate in high-risk settings (unmasked activities that take place indoors) from 10 August 2021, including our Fitness Workz gyms, as they have better protection against infection and severe illnesses.

As our gyms are moving towards implementing Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (SMM), our trainers will be checking all our members’ vaccination status upon entry.

Fitness Workz gyms are equipped with devices that will enable us to check in gym members with ease. We will require members to show us their vaccination and test status for every visit. We seek your co-operation and understanding during this time.

Simply open your TraceTogether (TT) App and place it near our devices, and it will indicate your vaccination and test status for our verification. Alternatively, you may also allow our trainers to scan the QR code on your TT Token for our verification.

As safety and security is our top priority for our staff and members, Fitness Workz has the right to deny entry to any members who are not fully vaccinated.

An unvaccinated individual will be required to provide a valid negative pre-event testing (PET) result.

Yes. we offer a complimentary extension to the membership until the vaccination process is completed. Talk to any of our trainers and we will get your membership sorted.

An unvaccinated Individual will be required to provide a valid pre-event testing (PET) result taken within the past 24 hours.

Yes. According to Sport Singapore guidance, PDPA guidelines allow Fitness Workz to obtain information about our members’ vaccination status as part of the COVID-19 emergency response regulations.

Fret not! Fitness Workz will only use this data for the purpose of complying with the Government guidelines.


Our Safety Measures

Mandatory SafeEntry Declaration of all visitors and staff

To facilitate any need for contact tracing, all members are required to scan the SafeEntry QR code to declare their travel and health status upon entering the clubhouse.

Entry to Gym facility

All gym members will have to book their slots via HomeTeamNS mobile app, GetKaki.

Each member will have a time limit of 90 minutes for their workout. All gym users have to abide by the timeslot for their workout. There will be no extension of workout hours for latecomers as this arrangement seeks to minimize exposure and contact with other members from the next session. Thus, members are encouraged to come on time.

Increased frequency in cleaning and disinfecting of high-contact areas

The housekeepers and trainers will wipe down the equipment and clean the washrooms periodically.

Easy Access and Availability of Hand Sanitisers and wipes

All gym members are required to clean the equipment after use. Sanitizer and cloths will be provided. Let’s do our part to keep the gym clean and safe for all members!

Implementation of social distancing

All gym members are advised to book the timeslot and check on the maximum capacity before arriving at the facility. All gym members are to maintain a safe distance of 2 meters (2 arms-length) between individuals while working out.

• To minimize transmission, gym members are advised to frequent one gym and not multiple gyms during this period
• All opening hours are extended to 7 am to 10 pm daily. Do take note that these opening hours are subject to changes
• Notices and reminders will be placed on the gym floor and changing rooms to remind members to observe 1-metre distance and hygiene etiquette when in the gym


Our Membership

Yes, Fitness Workz will be extending the expiry date for all members based on their expiry date/month

E.g. Expiry date on 5 May (gym closure is from 4 April to 18 June 2020) the number of days is calculated as 32 days. Therefore, the new expiry date will be extended to 20 July 2020.

All walk-in enquiries, membership payment and viewing of facilities will require prior booking of appointment. Contact us at 6705 9473 or email fitness_workz@hometeamns.sg before arriving at the facility.

The membership fee is non-refundable. However, you are able to book up to 2 weeks in advance on our booking system.


Our Booking

The gym is spacious with new and fresh equipments that cater to whatever training that you would like to embark on. Booking system also ensures thst the gym.is nit overly crowded.
When approached, the staff are friendly and very helpful.

1) The seat of “Shoulder Press” machine is not aligning, as the highest hole couldn’t be locked completely. I had feedback the staff and hopefully could be repaired immediately. This is very dangerous as could injure the back of the trainee.
2) I noticed many occasions, the apps shown fully booked but only less than 11 persons turned out for the gym training, perhaps could assign a system to cancel those not turning out on time, and others could use the facilities. I suggest that to inform the staff if the member is going to be late, or else the staff can cancel the booking so others could use it.
The staff on duty should be allowed to cancel the appointment upon member’s request and/or change the appointment. The current is very rigid that we couldn’t cancel and change the timing.
