Easy access and availability of hand sanitisers
Hand sanitisers are provided over-counter before proceeding into the console games room or using the tables and benches for board games.
Sanitising
All console room controllers will be sanitised before and after every booking.
Pre-booked time slots ensure that visits are spread throughout the day and that the facility doesn’t exceed our safe capacity.

To minimise contact and queues forming, we request that you book your ticket online before you arrive at a site. However, you can book online on your visit if there are still time slots available.
Booking for both console games and board games is based on the 1-hour slot. For console games, you can book up to a maximum of 2 hours.
Yes, you can. You may extend your session by booking the additional time slot via the HomeTeamNS mobile app. (Subject to availability)
The consumption of food or drinks is strictly not allowed in the console rooms.
There is no refund for cancellation of booking of in the event of no-show or late/missed sessions
