You are encouraged to pre-book the session to avoid disappointment.

With effect from 1 January 2023, an administrative fee of $21.80 will be charged per booking for date change requests within 1 month from initial date of booking, subject to availability.

Aqua Adventure is located on the 2nd floor of our Bedok Reservoir Clubhouse, #02-07.  

Nearest MRT station is Bedok North (DT29). You can walk for 9 min (700m) via Bedok North Rd or take bus 137 (1 stop) and reach in 6 mins on foot.

Yes, it is located opposite the washrooms.

Mask is not required in our facility; however, wearing a mask is highly encouraged at crowded areas.

There is no age requirement for our activities. However, children under 12 years old are required to have adult supervision in the pool. There is a minimum height requirement of 1.25 metres, a minimum weight of 30 kg and a maximum weight of 120kg. 

Only comfortable wet attire is allowed at our facility and do be reminded to bring showering amenities such as towels & shampoo as it will not be provided. Swimming attires are not being sold at our facility. HomeTeamNS has the right to reject entry to participants without proper attire.

Guests are not allowed to be in bikinis or be bare-bodied. 

Guests will need to remove any type of footwear on most installations unless stated otherwise. Wet shoes will be required.

No, the rates are the same for all. The different prices only apply for different membership type or guest rates.

Yes, there is re-entry for Aqua Adventure on the same day of your session.

Guests with disabilities may visit Guest Services for information on accessible services.

Our facility prohibits smoking and consumption of food and drinks with the exception of plain water.

Yes, if you need First Aid, please approach any of our staff members, or visit our First Aid location within the water park.

Yes, we are pleased to inform you that we are opening our event spaces, Atlantis & Nautilus, for you to conduct your parties and events! Do take note that booking of our event spaces is an add-on. Therefore, you will need to make a booking and get passes for Aqua Adventure before you can book an event space. Do email us at aquaadv@hometeamns.sg to learn more!

For your own safety as well as others', no loose articles should be brought into any of our installations. Loose articles include jewellery, cell phones, glasses, etc.

Guests may photograph or take videos of their visit however recording devices (cell phones, GoPro cameras, etc.) are not permitted on waterslides/attractions, inside pools, or within any changing facility. We will not be responsible for any damages or loss of personal items.

Yes, we have lockers available. Personal bags and backpacks are permitted and can be stored in our digital lockers. The following items are not permitted: weapons of any kind, props/toys resembling a weapon, etc.

Pets are not permitted in the Aqua Adventure facility.

Guests looking for lost items should visit the front counter to reclaim any found items.
