About the Abodes
As more and more families begin to choose staying in Singapore over going overseas during the holiday months of June and December, our Villas are perfectly fitted to accommodate for stays of these sorts, sporting basic commodities (as the norm in Singapore) like Wifi access, at least one LCD TV, and of course, fully air-conditioned premises. There are three choices of villas to select from for a Singapore staycation with kids- the Premium Deluxe, the Deluxe, and the Superior. The Premium Deluxe comes decked out with a King-sized bed and another twin bed- perfect for families with more kids. These also come with game consoles, and board games up for rent, encouraging family bonding and entertaining the little ones.

How do I book?
For HomeTeamNS Ordinary / Associate Members:-
Bookings can be made either online or over the counter at the following HomeTeamNS Clubhouses (Bukit Batok and Balestier). Do kindly take note that all bookings are only confirmed once payment is made. Booking slots are open on the 1st of every month for the following three months. (e.g. on 1st January, members/guest will be able to book available the villas from February to April).
For Affiliate Members and Guests:-
Bookings can be made either over the counter at HomeTeamNS Clubhouses (Bukit Batok and Balestier) or email (email@example.com). Minimum check-in age is 18 years old. Authorisation letter is required for check-ins on behalf. SAFRA Dependent Members are not eligible to book.
- Booking for Affiliate members (SAFRA/ PAssion/ JOM/ Social Member) and Guests are strictly on Monday to Thursday only.
- For walk-ins that require a same day check-in, it is accepted with a minimum of 2 nights booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, you should receive an email confirmation with a copy of your booking receipt. Please present a copy of the receipt upon check-in.

- Nearest MRT Station: Bukit Gombak
- Proceed to the bus stop opposite the MRT Station and board the bus service no. 945.
- Alright at the 3rd Bus Stop after the bus make a left turn.

6 Star service AJ
I checked in on 22/10 afternoon, when i realised there were many bees flying at balcony of my villa, the staffs informed the supervior AJ immediately and they took action by calling pest control, however during late evening about 9pm , the bees come back again, I called security and to my surprise, AJ come back to villa at about 10pm at late night with house keeping to clean my unit, I am really appreciative of how responsible he was. He also helped me when my family needed access to WiFi even though it was down and also responded promptly when we needed furnitures. I highly recommend staycation at Bt Batok Hometeam Villa with such nice environment and responsible good staff, Thank you AJ
It is ridiculous that Direct members of HomeTeam have to pay more than members of affiliate Clubs and public!
I have never came across with a staff that not only being a service orientate but being a friend. AJ have been very understanding and patient with my needs and been helping me with all my enquiries. He have been very prompt with his reply even after office hours. Kudos AJ! You are the best staff ever!
Awesome Staff & Place
Shout out to Adnan for assisting us with the booking within such a short period of time and even went the extra mile so that the booking goes smoothly. He guided us around the place so that we can plan for our adventure camp effectively and made sure that we have what we need. We are definitely coming back again, thank you Adnan!

Refund for Villa cancellation due to Covid 19
I am proud to be a HomeTeamNS members. As your staff AJ have went extra mile by coming to me personally to my house as I can’t print out the refund form. He provided me the refund form and explained to me the process. His effectiveness in his job is superb and very swift in responding to my needs.
Recently, I was staying at S4.However, the Air-Con was not cold on the second level of the villa, a staff named Aidil, assisted to the case promptly and allowed me to swap to another villa. Kudos to his customer service. Thank you.
Very bad stay
I wanted a Deluxe Room for my chalet and when i was about to book a room on the Home Team NS Villa booking page i was the slots were blocked out for the deluxe room and i saw the superior room is still available hence i proceed to book. However the next day i went to refresh the booking page and saw the deluxe room was avaliable i then proceed to call the hotline and asked if it’s possible to make changes to my room and upgrade it to deluxe. The staff told me it was possible if i were to head down to Home team NS and change it on the spot. i agreed and went down however when i went down to HTNS Bukit Batok the staff charged me a administrative fee of $21.40 just to ament the changes which the staff did not inform me at all. I feel so cheated by HTNS
