Infinity Membership is open to:

• Eligible Ordinary Members aged 30 years and above, OR
• Ordinary Members under 30 years old whose current membership term remains valid through their 30th birthday.

Scenario A: 20 years old with 10-year membership

• Membership valid until age 30. ✅ Eligible to apply for Infinity.

Scenario B: 28 years old with 2-year membership

• Membership valid until age 30. ✅ Eligible to apply for Infinity.

Scenario C: 25 years old with 5-year membership

• Membership valid until age 30. ✅ Eligible to apply for Infinity.

Scenario D: 25 years old with 3-year membership

• Membership valid until age 28. ❌ Not eligible. Must extend membership validity or wait until age 30.

The one-time fee is determined by your age at the end of your existing membership term at the time of application.

For example, if you are currently 50 years old and have 10 years remaining in your membership:

1. Age will be calculated when your membership ends: 50 + 10 = 60 years old
2. The one-time fee will be based on the 60 years old rate.
3. Therefore, the one-time fee for a lifetime membership will be at $181.82.

Prices are inclusive of GST.

Infinity Membership will be available from 1 October 2025 onwards.

You may apply via the HomeTeamNS Mobile App. 

Please note that the application is not available directly on the HomeTeamNS website. If you initiate the process through the website, you will still be required to download the HomeTeamNS mobile app to complete your application.

Yes. Eligible Ordinary Members may upgrade through the renewal option in the mobile app.

The cost of the one-time fee for the infinity membership fee will be calculated based on your age at the end of the current membership term. Refer below for the scenarios examples.

Scenario A: 30 years old with a 5-year membership

• Membership is valid until age 35. ✅ Eligible to upgrade for Infinity, and the Infinity Membership rate will be based on age 35 at $363.64.

Scenario B: 55 years old with a 2-year membership

• Membership is valid until age 57. ✅ Eligible to upgrade for Infinity, and the Infinity Membership rate will be based on age 57 at $203.64.

You may add your family members, although they will not be eligible for Infinity Membership. 

Your child must be aged below 21 during the entire term of the membership (i.e. Once the child is above 21, the membership will no longer be valid).

No. Infinity Membership is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.

Infinity Membership has no expiry. The one-time fee provides lifetime membership validity.

Please note that an expiry date may still appear in your mobile app. This date is set beyond the year 2100 and therefore indicates unlimited validity.

Please follow the steps as below:

For New Member

1. Open the HomeTeamNS mobile app and tap New Sign-up.
2. Select the “Infinity Membership” option
3. Fill in your details or use SingPass, then tap Submit. Your fee will be worked out automatically from your date of birth, just follow through to make payment.
4. Done! Your membership will be reflected once your account is verified.

For Renewal

1. Open the HomeTeamNS app and tap “Renew” on the homepage.
2. Choose your name → select Infinity Membership → tap Next.
3. The price will be reflected & you may proceed to make the payment.
4. Done! Your membership will be reflected on the homepage.
