HomeTeamNS has become a place where I create some of my happiest memories with my colleagues. Every year, we make it a point to book a facility, especially the ManCave at Khatib branch. We spend hours enjoying catered food, having a BBQ, singing karaoke, and simply laughing together. The ManCave is so comfortable and fun that time always flies whenever we’re there. These moments mean a lot to me because they’re filled with friendship, laughter, and unforgettable memories. cant wait to be back!

Spending weekends with my daughter when she was small at the old Balestier clubhouse because she loved the pool and she also played bowling for the first time there. I miss the cafeteria fronting the pool. Lots of fun memories.

My favourite HomeTeamNS memory is lounging by the infinity pool at the Bedok Reservoir clubhouse during sunset.
Watching the sky change colours right over the calm, open water was absolutely breathtaking.
Swimming there felt like a mini-escape from the hectic pace of daily life, leaving me completely refreshed and recharged.

My favourite HomeTeamNS memory would be my SPF unit cohesion programme while I was an NSF last year. The unit cohesion programme took place in HomeTeamNs Khatib and there was a mixture of a activities organised, mainly dodgeball. This memory means so much to me as I felt well bonded with the unit after roughly 2 months since joining them. The HomeTeamNS facilitators were very engaging and the whole event was well planned. It was overall really fun and the venue space was excellent as well.

My favourite HomeTeamNS memory has to be participating in the REAL® Run 2025. Running alongside fellow Home Team members during the late afternoon flag-off at the new Punggol Digital District route created an unforgettable sense of camaraderie and shared energy. It means so much to me because it perfectly captured the spirit of unity, fitness, and giving back to the community that HomeTeamNS stands for. Similar to how the Toy Story gang works together to achieve things.

Some of our most treasured family memories were created at HomeTeamNS Khatib, where every visit brought us closer together. Spending quality time with my loved ones and my family is something we truly cherish, and HomeTeamNS Khatib has become a special place where those precious moments come to life. One of the happiest parts of every visit is enjoying a good meal together. Sitting around Suki Thai, sharing delicious food, chatting, laughing, and simply enjoying each other's company.

My favourite HomeTeamNS memory was bringing my children to T-Play for the very first time. The excitement on their faces as they explored the colourful playground, climbed, slid, and laughed endlessly made it a truly unforgettable day. Seeing them so happy while spending quality time together as a family is a memory I will always treasure. To me, HomeTeamNS is more than just a place for activities, it is a place where families can bond, create memories, and take a break from our busy work.

My favorite memory is booking a chalet at HomeTeamNS Bukit Batok years ago for a spontaneous family weekend. We casually invited our close relatives from the East for a BBQ, and miraculously, everyone showed up. It turned what was supposed to be a small getaway into a rare, massive extended family reunion. With everyone busy pursuing their own lives since then, that night remains the last time we were all gathered together. It’s a priceless memory of connection that I'll always cherish

Gathering with my old NS buddies at the Bukit Batok clubhouse for a weekend barbecue, where the years apart instantly melted away over the smell of charred chicken wings and cold drinks. Who is eligible to sign up for or renew an Ordinary/Associate or Family membership at the 50% discounted rate?
- Individuals who are eligible for an Ordinary or Associate membership may sign up at the discounted membership rate. Supporting documents are required to be submitted upon application.
- Individuals who are eligible for a Family membership must be signed up by the main member through the main member’s profile.
- Existing Ordinary, Associate, and Family members whose memberships have expired or are approaching expiry may renew their memberships at the discounted membership rate.
Who is eligible to receive the 500 +HPoints when signing up for or renewing an Ordinary, Associate, or Family Membership at the 50% promotional rate?
- Only Ordinary and Associate members are eligible to receive the 500 +HPoints.
- Family members are not eligible to receive the 500 +HPoints under this promotion.
How do I sign-up and/or renew my HomeTeamNS membership?
- New sign-up and/or renewal of HomeTeamNS membership can be done via the HomeTeamNS Mobile App.

What is the age limit for Children under the Family Membership?
- Only Children of the Ordinary or Associate member are eligible to sign up. The child must be aged below 21 during the entire term of the membership (i.e. Once the child is above 21, the membership will no longer be valid)
- You will not be able to add your children if they are 19 years old or above, as the minimum membership tenure is two years.
What is the age limit for Grandchildren under the Family – Grandchildren Membership?
- Only Children of the Ordinary or Associate member are eligible to sign up. The grandchild must be aged below 21 during the entire term of the membership (i.e. Once the grandchild is above 21, the membership will no longer be valid)
- You will not be able to add your grandchildren if they are 19 years old or above, as the minimum membership tenure is two years.
My child is aged below 5 years, am I eligible to sign up for my child as a HomeTeamNS Family Membership?
- Children aged below 5 years are eligible to sign up as a HomeTeamNS Family Membership.
- The children’s membership term must not exceed that of the Principal Member.
Can I request a refund of my membership fees if I change my mind or no longer wish to continue my HomeTeamNS membership?
- Membership fees are strictly non-refundable. By submitting your membership application and accepting the HomeTeamNS Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be provided should you subsequently decide to terminate or discontinue your HomeTeamNS membership.
How may I terminate my membership with HomeTeamNS?
- If you wish to terminate your HomeTeamNS membership, please submit your request by emailing membership@hometeamns.sg. Kindly state the reason for your termination request and include the following information for verification:
- Full Name (as per NRIC)
- Last four (4) characters of your NRIC
- Registered mobile number used for your HomeTeamNS membership
