Step 1:
Open the HomeTeamNS app and tap “Renew” on the homepage.
Step 2:
Choose your name → select Infinity Membership → tap Next.

The price will be reflected & you may proceed to make the payment.

Terms and Conditions
- You must fulfil all eligibility criteria to join as a HomeTeamNS Infinity member.
- For first-time applicants to HomeTeamNS membership sign-up, you will be required to upload your proof of eligibility/supporting documents via our Members’ Portal.
- Strictly no refund for membership fees paid in full.
- Family and Social membership renewals cannot exceed the main (principal) member’s membership expiry date.
- Only immediate Family may be recommended under the Family membership, i.e. parents, spouses and children under the age of 21 of principal members.
- For children of principal members who turn 21 years of age, their Family membership will end regardless of remaining membership validity.
- By signing up as a HomeTeamNS member, you have agreed to abide by the Standards of Conduct.
- HomeTeamNS Management reserves the right to amend and change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Infinity Membership is open to:
- Eligible Ordinary Members aged 30 years and above, OR
- Ordinary Members below 30 whose existing membership validity extends until at least their 30th birthday.

Scenario A: 20 years old with 10-year membership
- Membership valid until age 30. ✅ Eligible to apply for Infinity.
Scenario B: 28 years old with 2-year membership
- Membership valid until age 30. ✅ Eligible to apply for Infinity.
Scenario C: 25 years old with 5-year membership
- Membership valid until age 30. ✅ Eligible to apply for Infinity.
Scenario D: 25 years old with 3-year membership
- Membership valid until age 28. ❌ Not eligible. Must extend membership validity or wait until age 30.
Infinity Membership will be available from 1 October 2025 onwards.

Yes. Eligible Ordinary Members may upgrade (through the renewal option in the web portal/mobile app).
The cost of the one-time fee for the infinity membership fee will be calculated based on your age at the end of the current membership term. Refer below for the scenarios examples.
Scenario A: 30 years old with a 5-year membership
- Membership is valid until age 35. ✅ Eligible to upgrade for Infinity, and the Infinity Membership rate will start counting from age 36 onwards.
Scenario B: 55 years old with a 2-year membership
- Membership is valid until age 57. ✅ Eligible to upgrade for Infinity, and the Infinity Membership rate will start counting from age 58 onwards.

No. Infinity Membership is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
No. Infinity Membership is a one-time fee that grants lifetime validity.
Please note that an expiry date may still appear in your mobile app. This date is set beyond the year 2100 and therefore indicates unlimited validity.
