Terms and Conditions
- You must fulfil all eligibility criteria to join as a HomeTeamNS Infinity member.
- Eligibility criteria can be found in the FAQ section.
- For first-time applicants to HomeTeamNS membership, proof of eligibility or supporting documents must be uploaded through the Members’ Portal during the application process.
- Applications will be rejected if proof of eligibility or required supporting documents are not submitted at the time of application.
- Membership purchases are strictly non-refundable.
- Family and Social Membership renewals cannot extend beyond the main (principal) member’s membership expiry date.
- Only immediate family may be recommended under the Family membership, i.e. parents, spouses and children under the age of 21 of principal members.
- Family Membership for children will cease once they turn 21, regardless of the remaining validity period.
- By signing up as a HomeTeamNS member, you have agreed to abide by the Standards of Conduct.
- HomeTeamNS Management reserves the right to amend and change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Infinity Membership is open to:
- Eligible Ordinary Members aged 30 years and above, OR
- Ordinary Members under 30 years old whose current membership term remains valid through their 30th birthday.
Scenario A: 20 years old with 10-year membership
- Membership valid until age 30. ✅ Eligible to apply for Infinity.
Scenario B: 28 years old with 2-year membership
- Membership valid until age 30. ✅ Eligible to apply for Infinity.
Scenario C: 25 years old with 5-year membership
- Membership valid until age 30. ✅ Eligible to apply for Infinity.
Scenario D: 25 years old with 3-year membership
- Membership valid until age 28. ❌ Not eligible. Must extend membership validity or wait until age 30.
The one-time fee is determined by your age at the end of your existing membership term at the time of application.
For example, if you are currently 50 years old and have 10 years remaining in your membership:
- Age will be calculated when your membership ends: 50 + 10 = 60 years old
- The one-time fee will be based on the 60 years old rate.
- Therefore, the one-time fee for a lifetime membership will be at $181.82.

Yes. Eligible Ordinary Members may upgrade through the renewal option in the mobile app.
The cost of the one-time fee for the infinity membership fee will be calculated based on your age at the end of the current membership term. Refer below for the scenarios examples.
Scenario A: 30 years old with a 5-year membership
- Membership is valid until age 35. ✅ Eligible to upgrade for Infinity, and the Infinity Membership rate will be based on age 35 at $363.64.
Scenario B: 55 years old with a 2-year membership
- Membership is valid until age 57. ✅ Eligible to upgrade for Infinity, and the Infinity Membership rate will be based on age 57 at $203.64.
You may add your family members, although they will not be eligible for Infinity Membership. You can take advantage of the current 20th Anniversary Free 2-year Family Membership scheme to add your family members for FREE and for UNLIMITED times. (Note: Free 2-year Family Membership promotion is valid till 31 Dec 2025 only)

No. Infinity Membership is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
Infinity Membership has no expiry. The one-time fee provides lifetime membership validity.
Please note that an expiry date may still appear in your mobile app. This date is set beyond the year 2100 and therefore indicates unlimited validity.
