- T-Play membership is only eligible for children below the age of twelve (12) years old. The registration must be completed by a parent of the child to be registered.
- Exclusive Family Membership deal – The benefit of receiving two complimentary passes and socks will no longer apply.
- The T-Play membership is non-transferable and no refund shall be given in the event of termination or cancellation to the membership.
- T-Play HomeTeamNS reserves the right to withdraw any benefit attached to the membership at any time without notice to the membership holder.
- I authorise T-Play HomeTeamNS and any other advertising or marketing agency on behalf of T-Play
- HomeTeamNS to take, use and/or reproduce photographs, films and/or digital media of me during the usage of the facilities and/or services for any purpose deemed suitable by T-Play HomeTeamNS.
- All children must always be accompanied by a parent.
- T-Play membership will be automatically terminated when the child reaches 12 years old.

- Please follow the steps below on how to renew your membership
- Only Children of the Ordinary or Associate member are eligible to sign up. The child must be aged below 21 during the entire term of the membership (i.e. Once the child is above 21, the membership will no longer be valid)
- You will not be able to add your children if they are 19 years old or above, as the minimum membership tenure is two years.

- You will not be able to add your grandchildren if they are 19 years old or above, as the minimum membership tenure is two years.
- Children aged below 5 years are eligible to sign up as a HomeTeamNS Family Membership.
- The children’s membership term must not exceed that of the Principal Member.

Supporting Documents Required
To process the Grandchildren Membership application, the following documents are required:
- Grandchild’s Birth Certificate
- Birth Certificate of the Grandchild’s Parent
(To verify the family relationship between the parent and the main member)
Example Scenario
Mr Edwin wishes to add his grandchild, Johnny, as a HomeTeamNS Family – Grandchild Member.
Therefore, Mr Edwin will need to upload the following documents:
- Johnny’s Birth Certificate
- Birth Certificate of Johnny’s Parent (who is Mr Edwin’s child)
