HomeTeamNS’ Free Wi-Fi Access Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy sets out the rules in your use of the HomeTeamNS’ Free Wi-Fi Access service (the “Service”).
By accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the rules outlined by this policy.
Extent of the Service
- We have neither any responsibility nor control over the Internet services you access. We do not guarantee that the Service is error or virus free.
- We have neither any responsibility nor control over the information you transmit or receive via the Service.
- Except for conducting Network troubleshooting, we do not examine what you use the Service for or the nature of the information you send or receive.
- We do not guarantee:
- the availability of the Service;
- the speed at which information may be transmitted or received via the Service, or
- that the Service will be compatible with your equipment or any hardware and/ or software which you may use.
- We take reasonable steps to ensure the security of the Service and to prevent unlawful access to information transmitted or received.
- We do not guarantee the security of the information which you may transmit or receive using the Service or stored, kept or located in any equipment using the Service.
- You accept that it is your sole responsibility to protect your information and have adequate security (about the use of your equipment, and any actions and procedures which you may adopt) to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of your own information and data.
- You also acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of the HomeTeamNS Privacy Policy.
- We reserve the right to change the Policy at any time by posting a new version on this page; to withdraw the Service; to change the specifications or manner of use of the Service; to change the access codes, usernames, passwords or other security features and/or information necessary to access the Service; and/or to take any action as we deem fit.
Your Use of the Service

- contains obscene, profane, or abusive language or materials;
- contains pornographic materials (that is text, pictures, films, video clips, images (moving or otherwise) of a sexually explicit nature);
- contains threatening, abusive, insulting, offensive or derogatory images, regarding sex, race, ethnicity, religion, colour, origin, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition or sexual orientation;
- contains materials which infringe any third party’s rights (including any intellectual property rights), or contravene the Personal Data Protection Act 2012; and
- violates any written law of the Republic of Singapore.
