T-Play Family Carnival Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Event, you confirmed that you have read, understood and agree with the following terms and conditions:
- Coupon(s) are non-transferable, not exchangeable for any other item(s) and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.
- HomeTeamNS is not liable for any damages or injuries caused or incurred by the participant.
- HomeTeamNS reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the services by others.
- By registering, participants agree to be photographed and video recorded for the purpose of publicity and for use in future publicity collaterals.
- By registering, participants understand and agree that HomeTeamNS may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this form for the sole purpose of administering this activity. We assure you that proper safeguarding measures are in place to protect your personal data in accordance to PDPA guidelines.
- HomeTeamNS reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.
- HomeTeamNS shall not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any death or injury, damage or loss, suffered or caused during participation, and this includes all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
- HomeTeamNS management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
Terms and Conditions for Family Play Challenge:
- Children below 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian throughout the challenge.
- Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided.
- A minimum height of 1.25m is required for 2 stations at Family Play Challenge
- Participants must be in comfortable wet attire suitable for water activities.
- Covered shoes are required for all activities
- HomeTeamNS reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who does not meet the height or attire requirements.
- HomeTeamNS reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the challenge in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Terms and Conditions for Redemption of Kopi Siew Dai Voucher ($5 OFF your order)
- Voucher is valid for purchase on 22 June 2025
- Voucher is valid for use at Kopi Siew Dai at HomeTeamNS Khatib only.
- Voucher is valid for one-time use only and is non-transferable.
- Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, vouchers and offers
- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or reissued.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or change.
- HomeTeamNS reserves the right to amend the terms and condition herein related to issuance and redemption of the voucher at its own discretion without prior notice.
Terms and Conditions for Redemption of Churn Voucher (FREE scoop of ice cream)
- Voucher is valid for one month from date of issue (22 June 2025 – 22 July 2025)
- Voucher is valid for use at Churn at HomeTeamNS Khatib only.
- Voucher is only available for redemption for basic ice-cream flavours.
- Voucher is valid for one-time use only and is non-transferable.
- Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, vouchers and offers
- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or reissued.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or change.
