Sgdrivers Drivers’ Shield

Tow service (Singapore)

• Members who require Tow services should activate it through Sgdrivers to enjoy the member’s rate.
• Towing support does not apply to Off-road & Motorcycle.
• Towing privileges shall not apply to incidents due to the cause of motorsports or vehicle’s heading for scrap, sales, home and/or workshop transfer.
• Additional towing charges may incur due to the use of special towing equipment (e.g. King Dolly, Flatbed tow etc.).
• Miscellaneous tow surcharges, (e.g. Multi-story, sheltered, basement, Jurong island, army camp Carparks and ERP) shall be borned by the Owner.
• Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd & partners towing services will not interfere with the course of other breakdown services duty (eg: EMAS). Members should ensure that the breakdown vehicle:

– is not obstructing any private or public traffic in any way.
– is not in the Expressway (contact EMAS if expressway towing is required),
such scenarios may result in cancellation fees which shall be fully borned by the Owner.

• Any cancellation fees shall be borned by the Owner. (applies to both Singapore and Malaysia tow services).
• HomeTeamNS & Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any damages which may occur during the towing process.

Tow Service (Malaysia)

• Member’s rate towing privileges shall not apply to an incident that occurs due to the cause of motorsports.
• Cancellation fees will be imposed 10 minutes after confirmation of the tow service and shall be fully borne by the Owner. (applies to both Singapore and Malaysia tow services).
• A minimum cancellation fee of SGD50 will be chargeable if the tow service is not required after confirmation.
• Additional cancellation fees will be computed by the following factors:

– Dispatch time
– Location of the tow truck at the point of cancellation, and 
– The distance required for the tow truck to return to the place of dispatch.  

• HomeTeamNS & Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any damages which may occur during the towing process.

Tyre and Battery

• Members who require Tyre or Battery rescue should activate the service through Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd to enjoy the member’s rate.

Partners 

• HomeTeamNS & Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for any claims and/or disputes arising between our members and partners.
• HomeTeamNS & Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any product damages sold by our partners.
• HomeTeamNS Drivers’ Shield members must present a member decal or card to receive the membership perks and discounts.
• Voucher user must agree to the Terms stated on the back of the voucher.

Membership and Conduct

• Please give all HomeTeamNS, Sgdrivers staff and partners the same respect you want to receive.
• All HomeTeamNS Drivers’ Shield membership applications & payments must be made directly to Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd.
• Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate the membership due to misleading information and/or non-compliance with any membership requirement.
• HomeTeamNS Drivers’ Shield Member who wishes to depart from the membership must write in to effect the request. No fee reimbursement will be granted.
• HomeTeamNS Drivers’ Shield membership is subject to approval and is strictly non-transferable.
• Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd reserves the right to terminate the Membership due to non-receipt of a renewal fee and/or expired HomeTeamNS membership.
• If a member is found to have provided misleading information or omissions or misrepresentations to the organization which resulted in the breach of the Laws and Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd Terms and Conditions will have his/her Membership terminated.
• Members are responsible for informing Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd of any changes to their particulars (e.g. Email, address, contact number). HomeTeamNS & Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any dispute or situation regardless of whether it results in any loss or damage that may arise due to incorrect or outdated records.
• Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd reserves the right to introduce and/or amend the T&Cs at any point in time.

Fuel Discount

• GoGoX Energy will offer a $20 fuel rebate for each NEW sign-up of the fleet card, this applies to any fuel-type transactions. Not applicable to existing and past GoGoX Energy customers.
• The service fee for each Credit/Debit card transaction is 1.8% of the discounted price.
• There is no service fee for GIRO payment. However, each failed GIRO or credit card transaction will result in a $10 penalty fee imposed on the customer (per transaction).

• All Members shall agree to be bound by Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd & SGDrivers Pte Ltd Privacy Policy, & shall be amended from time to time. This policy outlines how Sgdrivers Motors Pte Ltd & SGDrivers Pte Ltd manage Member’s personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
