The HomeTeamNS Mobile App is a one-stop platform for you to experience your membership fully and conveniently.

It contains the following key features:

You can either scan the QR code as provided above or download the App HERE (Only accessible through your mobile device). 

Yes, you are on the right track! Our HomeTeamNS mobile app will be hosted by GetKaki. Be sure to allow the creation of the shortcut when prompted while downloading the app!

Yes, you can flash your e-Card at all of our clubhouses to enjoy the facilities, including the special collaboration with our tenants and external partners. As SAFRA is our Reciprocal Partner, your e-Cards will be recognized at the respective participating counters too.

Unfortunately, our e-Card does not carry the ‘TapForMore’ function. However, fret not! We are creating a similar loyalty program for our e-Card too. In the meantime, members can continue to keep your physical cards for points collection.

Please note that only HomeTeamNS Members will be able to log in after providing the last 4 characters of your NRIC (123A) and date of birth (DDMMYYYY). If you are still unable to, please proceed here to update your information and confirm your profile before trying to log in again.

At the calendar pop up, you are able to click on the year to reduce scrolling the calendar by months and instead do so by years.

You can log in to your Member’s portal under Login > Member’s Profile and upload the necessary documents.

Currently, this function is not ready. Payment on the App can only be made via debit and credit cards.

Quick Pass FAQs

The Quick Pass function will give you a live update of the number of pax in each facility as well as the maximum capacity each facility can hold at one time based on the nation’s social distancing regulations.

These updates can be found under “Clubhouses > Quick Pass”.

The Quick Pass counter will count the number of members in each facility based on the Safe Entry Check-ins. Members are therefore encouraged to download the Mobile App to use the SafeEntry function within the app to check-in to the specific facility in our clubhouses.

SafeEntry FAQs

The Mobile App is your one-stop solution to your experience at HomeTeamNS. For convenience and ease, the app allows you to simply click in to the necessary SafeEntry links without having to open up your QR scanner.

The SafeEntry function can be found on the main page of the HomeTeamNS App, under “Select SafeEntry > Clubhouse Location > Outlet you are visiting > Check in/out” and fill in your details as prompted.

No, the mobile app has provided you with the full list of store/outlets at each clubhouse! You can simply select the outlet you are visiting to check in/out without scanning the QR codes.

SafeEntry gives you peace of mind when you need to go out for essentials. Scanning your entry and exits helps us with contact tracing.
