How to update your details and communication preferences

  • STEP 1: Log in to your members’ portal
  • STEP 2: Go to My account
  • STEP 3: Click on My profile / add family member
  • STEP 4: Update your contact records / communication preference accordingly

How to check your Membership expiry date

  • STEP 1: Log in to your members’ portal
  • STEP 2: Go to My account
  • STEP 3: Click on My profile / add family member
  • STEP 4: You may check your membership expiry date under the membership section

How to reset you Member Portal password

  • STEP 1: Visit the members’ portal login page
  • STEP 2: Click on the Forgot Password link
  • STEP 3: Fill in your NRIC, Date of Birth, Postal Code OR Membership Expiry and a valid email
  • STEP 4: The new password will be send to your email
