We’ve received multiple feedback regarding the recent Jewel KTV promotion. We understand there was confusion due to the lack of clarity on the redemption cap and limited availability.

Please note that the promotion has been fully redeemed, and bookings are no longer available. The terms and conditions were reviewed and approved by Jewel KTV prior to publishing, but we acknowledge that key limitations should have been communicated more clearly.
