We do not allow viewings for our East Villa
You can check availability and make bookings via HomeTeamNS Mobile App under “Villa Booking” tab. Peak and Super Peak period bookings including Public Holidays and Eve of Public Holidays are reserved for HomeTeamNS Members’ bookings only.
Do also take note that bookings are only open 3-months (90-days) in advance.

The Civil Service Club (CSC) membership is not eligible for discounted rates when booking the villas. However, if you are a member of HomeTeamNS, SAFRA, or the People's Association (PA), you will be eligible for tiered discounts when booking the villas.

Check-In is required via the Main Member's HomeTeamNS Mobile App.
All requests for early check-in and late check-out are not available.
The minimum age required is 18 years old.
A security deposit of $200 is required for each villa booking. The deposit can be paid via NETS or Credit Card only.
Each villa booking entitles you to complimentary parking for 2 vehicles per night.
Complimentary WIFI access is available in the villas. Password will be handed out during check-in.
Confirmed bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable. For booking amendment request due to compassionate or medical reasons, kindly email us at eastvillas@hometeamns.sg for assistance. Do note such requests are subjected to review and approval.
No, selling or transferring of bookings on other platforms, is strictly prohibited.
Due to safety concerns, bouncy castles are not allowed to be placed in any of the villas.
East Villa is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited within all villas.
You can request for a baby cot, subjected to availability at no additional charge. Kindly email us at eastvillas@hometeamns.sg for assistance.
We are unable to provide additional mattress.
We are unable to provide additional bath towels. The quantity of the bath towels will be provided according to the number of occupants in the villa.
Basic cutleries such as fork, spoon and cooking pots are provided in the villas. You will be given an inventory list upon check-in. We will not be able to provide additional cutleries.
Yes, we would recommend you to purchase a rectangular wire mesh (40cm by 60 cm) for your BBQ session.
Yes, grilling and BBQ utensils are not provided.
The capacity for each villa is 40 pax. Do note that the night occupancy limit of 6-8 pax applies.
Pets are not allowed in our premises.
Yes, you may engage your preferred SFA licensed caterers at no additional levy charges. Kindly ensure that the licensed caterer does the buffet line set-up, tear down and clearing of trash within the booking’s time frame.
However, do take note that Live Stations are not allowed in the villas.
