All HomeTeamNS Members are required to sign up for the Company’s ‘WildPass’ membership as part of the Promotion at https://hometeamns-online.globaltix.com/fencing in order to qualify for the discounts.

Child admission tickets to the Parks shall be valid for children aged 3 to 12 years old only. For Curiosity Cove, Children below the age of 3 years old (based on date of birth) may enter Curiosity Cove free of charge when accompanied by an adult aged 21 years old and above holding a valid 1A1C Admission Ticket to Curiosity Cove. 

Tram rides are included in the admission tickets to the Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise and Night Safari.  For clarity, the Night Safari admission tickets only include commentary rides conducted in English. 

The River Wonder admission tickets excludes admission to the Amazon River Quest. Tickets to the Amazon River Quest must be purchased separately at the prevailing rates as found on the Company’s website.  

All tickets purchased through the Partner’s Portal are not refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, not to be resold, and are valid for the day of pre-booked timeslot entry for the respective Park/Attraction only.  

Each HomeTeamNS Member is entitled to a maximum purchase of four (4) single park admission ticket per transaction per day.  

The purchased admission tickets are subject to the Company’s Park Rules and Conditions (found at https://www.mandai.com/en/plan-your-visit/parks-rules-conditions.html ) and the Park Tickets Terms and Conditions (found at https://www.mandai.com/en/park-terms.html ). 

The Company shall be entitled to deny any discount contained in this Agreement to any HomeTeamNS Member who is deemed, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Company, to be unsuitable or undesirable for such discounts.

HomeTeamNS is not an agent of the merchant/partner.

HomeTeamNS does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products and services of all these and any other merchants/partners. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion, it is to be settled directly with respective merchant.
