ManCave operating hours at HomeTeamNS Khatib and HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir have been revised to provide greater flexibility for gatherings and celebrations. Guests can now enjoy an earlier check-in time for Morning, Afternoon and Full-Day bookings at no additional cost. In addition, an extension option is now available for Afternoon and Full-Day bookings, allowing guests to continue their event until 2am.

Yes, you’ll need to make a full payment for confirmation.
No, booking requests for ManCaves and BBQ Pits must be submitted a minimum of 3 days before the event date.
As slots are subjected to availability, you’re recommended to place your bookings early to avoid any disappointment or delays.
An advanced booking for ManCaves or BBQ Pits can be made up to 180 days* before the event date, and at least 3 days in advance.

ManCaves and Deluxe ManCaves already come with an attached BBQ Pit at the patio.
There are no cancellations and/or refunds once the booking is confirmed. Postponement of bookings is not allowed.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the clubhouse.
Yes, you may engage your preferred SFA licensed caterers at no additional levy charges.
Kindly ensure that the licensed caterer does the buffet line set-up, tear down and clearing of trash within the booking’s time frame.
Yes, we would recommend you to purchase the rectangular wire mesh for your BBQ session.
A 6-lane 50-meter infinity pool overlooking the reservoir.

* Kiosk will stop selling tickets at 9pm.
* Swimmers are to exit the pool by 9.15pm and exit the gantry by 9.30pm.

Our Grand Ballroom can also be separated into individual ballrooms for intimate celebrations. The spacious foyer will let you embrace the urban landscape through the floor-to-ceiling windows with an exclusive pool view. Suitable for 50 – 800 pax (Depending on setup style).
