Terms & Conditions
- The “HomeTeamNS 20th Anniversary Grand Lucky Draw” (the “Lucky Draw”) is organised by HomeTeamNS (the “Organiser”).
- The campaign period is from 6 September 2025 to 31 March 2026. (both dates inclusive).
- The Lucky Draw is open for members (Ordinary, Associate and Family Membership) of HomeTeamNS who meet the eligibility criteria during the campaign period.
- The Lucky Draw is open to all valid Ordinary, Associate and Family members of HomeTeamNS who are:
- Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents who have served or are serving in the Singapore Police Force (SPF) or Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF)
- All MHA staff that have served or are serving in any of the Home Team Agencies under the Ministry of Home Affairs (Singapore Police Force, Internal Security Department, Singapore Civil Defence Force, Immigration and Checkpoints Authority, Singapore Prison Service, Central Narcotics Bureau, Home Team Academy, Home Team Science and Technology Agency, Gambling Regulatory Authority, Yellow Ribbon Singapore and Volunteer Special Constabulary)
- All immediate family members (Spouse, Parents and Children) of the Ordinary & Associate members.
- Aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
- Employees of HomeTeamNS, Vantage Automotive Limited, and their immediate family members (parents, spouses, children, siblings) are not eligible to participate.
- Individuals and representatives of vendors, tenants, and contractors directly involved in the planning or execution of this Lucky Draw are also not eligible.
- The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the criteria or who provides false or fraudulent information.
- Participants can earn lucky draw entries through the following methods during the campaign period:
- Membership: One (1) entry chance for every successful membership sign-up or renewal.
- Event Participation: Two (2) entry chances for each designated event attended.
- Family Day Special: Ten (10) additional entry chances for attending the 20th Anniversary Family Day event.
- Clubhouse Spending: One (1) entry chance for every transaction/spending at our designated clubhouse tenants, subject to a minimum spend of S$10 in a single receipt.
- Further eligibility criteria may be added and applied, and will be communicated accordingly and clearly to members during the campaign period.
- The Organiser’s records of all entries shall be final and conclusive.
- The Organiser reserves the right to audit and verify all entries. Any fraudulent or suspicious entries will be disqualified.
- Each member can earn multiple entries throughout the campaign period, subject to the mechanics above.
- Prize: One (1) unit of a BYD Dolphin Electric Car, with value of up to S$63,888 (the “Prize”). The specific model and colour will be determined by the Organiser and BYD, and may be subject to availability.
- The Prize Car is awarded on an “as is” basis and is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods/services.
- Prize Exclusions: The value is for the car itself. All other costs associated with the ownership and registration of the car are the sole responsibility of the winner. These costs include, but are not limited to:
- Certificate of Entitlement (COE)
- Vehicle Emissions Scheme (VES) surcharge, if applicable
- Servicing Program
- Motor Vehicle Insurance
- Road Tax
- OBU Installation
- Number Plates
- Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Registration fee
- Any additional fittings, fixtures and accessories other than those provided by Vantage Automotive Limited in its sole discretion
- Other incidentals, etc
- The winner must ensure hey are legally able to own and register a vehicle in Singapore.
- The draw will be conducted on 15 April 2026 at HomeTeamNS Khatib.
- The draw will be conducted by a computerized system and overseen by an independent auditor or public notary to ensure fairness and transparency.
- One (1) winner and several reserve winners (e.g., 3 reserve winners) will be drawn. Reserve winners will be used in the event the initial winner is disqualified or cannot be contacted.
- The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) business days from the draw date. The Organiser will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts within seven (7) days of the initial notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a reserve winner will be contacted.
- The results of the draw will be published on HomeTeamNS Website and social media channels within ten (10) days of the draw.
- The winner must claim their prize within 1 month of the notification.
- The winner must produce their NRIC or relevant identification for verification purposes upon claiming the prize.
- All costs associated with claiming the prize, including registration fees and taxes mentioned in clause 4c, will be borne by the winner.
- The Organiser reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prize in any manner it deems fit.
- By participating in the Lucky Draw, all participants agree to grant the Organiser the irrevocable and unconditional right to use their name, NRIC number (partial), photograph, voice, and personal data for publicity and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
- All personal data collected will be used in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for the purpose of administering this Lucky Draw.
- The Organiser’s privacy policy can be found at https://www.hometeamns.sg/pdpa.
- In the event of any dispute, decisions made by HomeTeamNS will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- The Management of HomeTeamNS reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit without prior notice.
