Redeem your Digital Vouchers & spend in 5 easy steps
STEP 1:
Open the HomeTeamNS Mobile App, tap on ‘More’, then select HomeTeamNS Rewards+.
In the blue box, tap ‘Redeem’ your $10 voucher now’ to get started.
STEP 2:
Tap the ‘Redeem’ button to claim your voucher. A minimum of 1,000 +HPoints is required.
STEP 3:
Redeemed vouchers will appear in your E-Wallet instantly.
Just slide to redeem when you’re ready to use it at the tenant’s outlet.
STEP 4:
A Merchant ID will be prompted for the outlet staff to key in before the voucher can be redeemed.
STEP 5:
When the voucher is successfully redeemed, you can see the confirmation page.

Every 1,000 +HPoints can be redeemed/converted into a $10 HomeTeamNS digital voucher.

You will first need to redeem and convert your +HPoints into digital vouchers via the HomeTeamNS app. You may refer to the step-by-step guide.
Present the digital voucher found under ‘Marketplace’ in the app when making payment.
No. Vouchers cannot be used at self-service kiosks. To offset payment, please order directly at the cashier’s counter and present your voucher there.
Yes, you can use more than one $10 digital voucher in a single transaction, as long as the total voucher value does not exceed the bill amount.
No, digital vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, unless otherwise stated by the merchant.
No. Digital vouchers are generally meant for the member’s own use.
Redemption is usually instant. If your voucher does not appear, we recommend refreshing the app by logging out and logging in again for it to be reflected. If the issue persists, contact HomeTeamNS for assistance.
All +HPoints are valid for one year. Once you redeem your +HPoints for digital vouchers, these vouchers will also be valid for one year.
Please check your HomeTeamNS mobile app regularly for the expiry dates of both your +HPoints and vouchers to ensure you redeem and use them in time.
