The Family Day event at Jewel Changi Airport Canopy Park will take place from 10:00AM to 3:00PM.
Yes, ticket is available for purchase via the HomeTeamNS mobile app and allows you unlimited access to all the attractions within Canopy Park (Level 5) and exclusive members activities within Cloud9 Piazza, along with vouchers and other freebies.
A: Canopy Park houses a variety of play attractions and creative gardens:
There is no minimum age or height limit to visit the Canopy Park. However, for the safety of all participants, minimum height requirement of 110cm and safety restrictions are stipulated for the following attractions: Discovery Slides, Bouncing Net and Walking Net. Please check individual attraction’s pages for more information.
Participants are encouraged to avoid wearing skirts or dresses onto the Bouncing Net, Walking Net and Mastercard® Canopy Bridge. Pants are recommended to ensure the modesty of our participants. Covered shoes must be worn when visiting the Bouncing Net and Walking Net.
To ensure you have a fantastic time at the HomeTeamNS Family Day event at Jewel Changi Canopy Park, we recommend to travel light, wear comfortable clothing (refer to the above) and footwear as well as your water bottles to stay hydrated!
The event area is air-conditioned and weather-proof, so you can enjoy the day comfortably regardless of the weather outside!
There are lockers available in the Canopy Park for handbags, valuables and other small items. For larger items such as luggage, please make use of the baggage storage facility* located on Level 1. *Separate Charges apply.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the Canopy Park.
Yes, ticket holders to the Canopy Park can re-enter the park during the stipulated event timing from 10:00AM to 3:00PM
Do approach the Jewel Changi Experience Concierges for assistance. Counters are located at L1, L2 and L5.
Baby Care (nursing) rooms are conveniently located on every level from B2 to L4.
Amenities include: diaper changing stations, hot & cold water dispensers and cubicles for nursing
Wheelchairs and strollers are available for loan* for added mobility when you explore Jewel. Available at the Concierge counters on L1 and L2. *A nominal refundable deposit is required.
Each HomeTeamNS ORDINARY, ASSOCIATE and FAMILY member may purchase a maximum of 2 tickets only. Should you wish to purchase more, another member is required to make the purchase. You may sign up your mother/wife/children for the FREE 2-yr Family Membership via the mobile app to get more tickets. For more information on how to add your family members, click here.
You may renew your membership with the current 20th Anniversary promotion at $20 for 2-years via the mobile app. Your membership will be automatically renewed, and you may proceed on to ‘Promotions and Deals’ tab > ‘Marketplace’ > ‘Family Day tickets’ via the mobile app and make the purchase.
Yes, you may. The tickets will be in the form of wristbands and members will be informed to collect their wristbands during the stipulated collection period. Please ensure that the authorised person is able to present a copy of the confirmation email and receipt for verification.
Children aged below 3 years old do not require any tickets. Hence, your purchase will exclude them in your total pax. For Children aged 3 – 12 years old will require a ticket and must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Children below the age of 3 can enter the Canopy Park without a ticket.
Yes, you may do so. Do ensure that they are able to furnish the payment receipt and/ or confirmation email during the wristband collection.
All admission wristbands must be collected at HomeTeamNS Khatib Clubhouse (2 Yishun Walk) Lobby between 25 – 29 August 2025. A collection email will be sent out to the members nearer to date. Failing to do so may result in the forfeiture of your tickets. Uncollected tickets are also non-refundable.
No, parking is available at Jewel Changi Airport is at its prevailing rates.
Doors will only open at 10.00AM. Participants are encouraged to travel light for a hassle-free, comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyable family day out.
