Terms and Conditions
- Promotion is valid now till 1 July 2027.
- Appointment Booking: The promotion is valid for all active members of HomeTeamNS. Please notify us of your eligibility when booking and upon arrival for
your appointment. If not declared beforehand, standard rates will apply. The member must show their HomeTeamNS Digital or Physical Card at registration to enjoy the partner rates. Partner rates apply only to selected treatments in the agreed package. No refunds will be provided if any part of a treatment package is unused. For cancellations, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will require a deposit for rebooking, which will be forfeited if cancelled late again. - Payment Terms: Payment must be made at the time of treatment. Partner rates cannot be applied retroactively after treatment is completed. The employee is responsible for covering the cost of their dental treatment directly. Rates do not apply to third-party payment schemes (e.g. Medisave, CHAS, insurance claims). Prices are subject to prevailing GST. Strictly no refunds.
- Eligibility: Partner rates are available to members, their spouses, and children. Relationship must be declared, and proof of membership shown during booking and registration.
- Exclusions & Limitations: Preferential rates do not apply to consumable items such as medication and oral hygiene products. Partner rates are valid for the duration of the partnership agreement. The clinic reserves the right to revise pricing or terms without prior notice. Partner rates are only valid for active HomeTeamNS members. If your membership ends, these rates will no longer apply.
