Your new HomeTeamNS membership status will be reflected after 14 days and you will be notified via email.
This policy is underwritten by Singapore Life Ltd and arranged by Professional Investment Advisory Services (PIAS). HomeTeamNS is not an insurance agent/intermediary and cannot solicit any insurance business, give advice, recommend any product or arrange any insurance contract. - Who is eligible for HomeTeamNS CARE?
- Existing Ordinary and Associate members are eligible for HomeTeamNS CARE.
- Family members registered under an Ordinary or Associate member are not eligible for HomeTeamNS CARE.
- I am an existing HomeTeamNS Ordinary or Associate member who participated in the previous HomeTeamNS x PIAS campaign. Am I eligible to join HomeTeamNS CARE and receive the complimentary 1-year Group Personal Accident?
- Yes, you can join HomeTeamNS CARE and receive one year of complimentary Group Personal Accident coverage. PIAS will arrange for a Financial Adviser Representative to contact you about the coverage.
- What is the partnership between HomeTeamNS and PIAS about?
- HomeTeamNS and PIAS have partnered to bring more value to HomeTeamNS members since 1 August 2023. This partnership has continued with PIAS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singlife, effective 05 October 2026. Starting from this date, all members can enjoy a free 1-year membership and a complimentary 1-year Group Personal Accident insurance.
- Who/What is PIAS?
- Professional Investment Advisory Services Pte Ltd (“PIAS”), an award-winning financial advisory firm, is wholly owned by Singapore Life Ltd. (“Singlife”). Established in 2001 and licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, it has one of the largest, most respected, and trusted network of financial adviser representatives in Singapore. - Will there be charges when the free insurance ends?
- The policy will cease upon 1 year and there will be no charges. We do not collect any payment information from members.
- What happens after the cessation of 1-year Group Personal Accident insurance?
- You will no longer be covered under PIAS Group Personal Accident Insurance.
- If you would like to continue this policy, please contact your Financial Adviser Representative directly before the policy lapse.
- I have signed up for the free membership but yet to receive a call from PIAS?
- It may take up to 14 working days for HomeTeamNS to process the HomeTeamNS membership and 10 working days for a Financial Adviser Representative to reach out.
