• As all food is made fresh to order and perishable, refunds or exchanges are not accepted.
• Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or replaced once confirmed.
• No refunds or replacements will be issued in the following situations:

 No-shows or uncontactable recipients.

 Inaccurate or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

 Delivery failure due to restricted access or absence of a recipient at the delivery location.
 Requests to leave food outside the premises. Furry’s Kitchen will not be liable for the condition of the food once left unattended.

• A delivery fee will apply for any redelivery.
• Vouchers are limited to one-time use per customer and per delivery address.
• It is the pet owner’s responsibility to determine whether the food is suitable for their pet. If in doubt, please consult your veterinarian.
• Furry’s Kitchen is not liable for any health issues arising from the consumption of our products.
