Yes. Participants must meet a minimum height of 125cm and a minimum weight of 20kg to participate in adventure activities.
The recommended age range is 18–35 years old. However, if you meet the minimum height and weight requirements, all ages are welcome to join.
We highly recommend comfortable athleisure wear and closed-toe shoes. Dress for movement—you’ll want to be ready for both the dance floor and adventure activities.
High Ground Adrenaline High Pass holders can experience unlimited entries to:
- Sky Venture – A 2-tier obstacle course with 16 challenging elements
- Urban Climb – Featuring the Parabolic Slide, Jump in The Air, and Skyscraper Walk
- Roll Glider – Singapore’s FIRST indoor Roll Glider experience
This is a free ticketed event, so you must RSVP in advance. Entry is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like to try the adventure activities, a separate Adventure Pass is available for purchase online and on-site.

Yes! Every participant who RSVPs receives one complimentary drink at the event.
Yes, lockers are available on-site, but quantities are limited. We recommend packing light to ensure you have storage space.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to take photos and videos throughout the event, just not while actively participating in adventure activities for safety reasons. We have dedicated photo opportunity areas set up for you. Don’t forget to tag us @hometeamns_sg when you share your experience!
Yes. All participants are required to complete an indemnity form upon entry.
HomeTeamNS recognizes its obligation under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) which includes the collection, use and disclose of personal data (information provided above) which you have given consent to by the submission of this registration form.
