As all bookings are strictly for corporate or cohesion groups, advance booking is required to secure your slot via aquasports@hometeamns.sg. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
You’ll also be required to make full payment 3 days before to confirm your booking.
There is an age minimum of 7 years old and above for Aqua Sports. However, there is a minimum height requirement of 1.25 metres, a minimum weight of 30 kg and a maximum weight of 120kg. HomeTeamNS reserve the right to deny entry if any of these requirements are not met.
HomeTeamsNS has a strict no-refund policy. However, rescheduling of bookings is permitted. With effect from 1 January 2023, an administrative fee of $21.80 (Rates are inclusive of 9% GST) will be charged per booking for date change requests within 1 month from initial date of booking, subject to availability. To request a date change, please reach out to us via email at aquasports@hometeamns.sg.
Only comfortable wet clothes are allowed at our facility. Guests are not allowed to be in bikinis or be bare-bodied. Please be reminded to bring your own shower amenities, including towels and shampoo, as these will not be provided. Additionally, hairdryers are not available on-site. Swimming clothes are not being sold at our facility.
Guests will need to remove any type of footwear on most installations unless stated otherwise.
For your own safety as well as others', any loose articles are to be secured safely to oneself during the water sport activity. Loose articles include jewelry, cell phones, glasses, gopros etc.
HomeTeamNS has the right to reject entry to participants without proper attire.
Aqua Sports offers the following amenities:
- First Aid: For any medical assistance, please approach any of our Specialist in red.
- Water Cooler: A water cooler is available at Aqua Adventure for participants who wish to refill their bottles.
- Lockers: We provide lockers for storing personal belongings, including bags and backpacks. Please note that weapons of any kind, as well as props or toys resembling weapons, are not permitted
- Photography and Videography: Recording devices, including cell phones and GoPro cameras, are permitted but must be securely always attached to the user.
Please be advised of the following at Aqua Sports:
- Pets: Pets are not permitted within the Aqua Sports facility.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility.
- Prohibited Items: Weapons of any kind, including props or toys resembling weapons, are not allowed within the park. Additionally, items such as water guns, balls and floats are also prohibited.
- 4. Running or horseplaying: Running, roughhousing, or horseplay is not allowed in the Reservoir for safety reasons.
You can arrive up to 15 minutes before your booking time for registration.
Aqua Sports is located on the 1st floor of our Bedok Reservoir Clubhouse, #01-K1.
Nearest MRT station is Bedok North (DT29). You can walk for 9 mins (700m) via Bedok North Rd or take bus 137 (1 stop) and reach in 6 mins on foot. The buses that are available here are: 8, 15, 23, 58, 518.
