Terms and Conditions

- Participants must comply with Park Admission Terms & Conditions for their own safety and quiet enjoyment and that of others.

- CHILD POLICY : Children under 6 years (Up to 1 child per room) with accompanying adult can share an existing bed and enjoy complimentary breakfast daily. Baby cot may be requested at no extra charge subject to availability. Children 6 and up to 12 years (Up to 1 child per room) with accompanying adult can share existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off regular menu prices, except for kid’s menu.
- Extra bed will be chargeable at SGD 180nett, inclusive of breakfast. Extra bed will be subject to availability upon request. Extra bed will only be available for Mandai Rainforest Treehouse.
- All reservations are subject to availability unless a room allotment has been agreed herein. The Business Partner shall not confirm to its clients any reservations made until it receives written confirmation from the Resort. Reservations shall not be binding on the Resort until the Resort has made a firm room allotment and the aforesaid acceptance and confirmation has been provided by the Resort. The Resort may, at any time, reject any reservations made by the Business Partner not at the then prevailing rates of the Resort at any given time. The Resort assumes no liability to the Business Partner or to its clients or any third party in respect of any rejection or decision not to confirm an allotment and/or reservation.
