Dip’ N Splash is HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir’s signature family water event, featuring floating water obstacles, kayaking experiences and a range of family-friendly activities for a full day of fun.

Ticket & Access
All-Access Pass includes access to all water activities, including Aqua Adventure and kayaking at Aqua Sports.
Minimum height of 1.25m required for selected activities.

Requirements & Participation
Yes, the event is family-friendly. However, some activities require participants to meet specific height, age and safety requirements.
For Aqua Adventure:
- Minimum height: 1.25m
- Minimum weight: 30kg
- Maximum weight: 120kg
For kayaking at Aqua Sports:
- Participants must be 7 years old and above
- Participants must be accompanied by an adult
Participants must meet all requirements to take part.
Participants who do not meet the required height, age, attire or safety conditions may not be allowed to take part in certain activities, including Aqua Adventure and kayaking.
No refunds will be provided in such cases. Participants may still enjoy other accessible activities included in their ticket.

Attire & Safety
Attire requirements vary by activity:
- Floating Water Obstacles (Swimming Pool):
Standard swimwear is required, similar to any public swimming pool. - Aqua Adventure:
Water-friendly attire is required. Please refer to the Aqua Adventure Attire Requirements. - Kayaking (Aqua Sports):
Water-friendly attire is required. Covered shoes are mandatory.
Participants who do not meet attire requirements will not be allowed to take part in certain activities.
Yes, life vests are provided for the Floating Water Obstacles, Aqua Adventure and kayaking at Aqua Sports.
Life vests for the Floating Water Obstacles and Aqua Adventure are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please return them after use so others can use them.
For kayaking at Aqua Sports, life vests are provided and must be worn during the session.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for their child’s safety and swimming ability at all times.
Certain activities may not be suitable for individuals with medical conditions, those who are pregnant, or those recovering from injuries.

Yes, a dedicated free-play area will be available at the atrium for children below 7 years old.
This area features foam block play and is FREE for all participants.

Paid lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited. - Aqua Adventure:
Complimentary lockers are available for All-Access Pass holders only, on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited. - Aqua Sports (Kayaking):

Yes, nursery rooms are available at Level 1 and Level 2 for breastfeeding, diaper changing and preparing milk for your little ones.
Getting There
HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir is accessible via MRT and bus.
By MRT (Bedok North MRT – Downtown Line)
- Alight at Bedok North MRT (DTL)
- Take Exit A
- Board a bus and alight at the next stop along Bedok North Road
(Bus services: 23, 518) - Alternatively, it is approximately a 15–20 minute walk to the clubhouse
Parking is available at HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir.
Lots are limited, and visitors are encouraged to plan their travel in advance. We recommend taking public transport or parking at nearby alternative locations.

- 702 Bedok Reservoir Road (Open carpark, ~10-minute walk)
- 739A Bedok Reservoir Road (Multi-storey carpark, ~15-minute walk)
Weather & Operations
For safety reasons, all outdoor activities, including the Floating Water Obstacles and kayaking, will be stopped immediately.
Activities will resume once it is safe to do so and the advisory has been lifted.
No refunds will be provided due to weather-related interruptions.

- Tickets(s) are non-transferable, not exchangeable for any other item(s) and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.
- HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir is not liable for any damages or injuries caused or incurred by the participant.
- HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the services by others.
- By registering, participants agree to be photographed and video recorded for the purpose of publicity and for use in future publicity collaterals.
- By registering, participants understand and agree that HomeTeamNS may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this form for the sole purpose of administering this activity. We assure you that proper safeguarding measures are in place to protect your personal data in accordance to PDPA guidelines.
- HomeTeamNS reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.
- HomeTeamNS shall not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any death or injury, damage or loss, suffered or caused during participation, and this includes all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
- HomeTeamNS management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.

Your personal data belonging to you and your family may be used and disclosed to HomeTeamNS’ affiliated organisations, third party service providers (activity partners etc.) for the following purposes:
- Register and contact you about your attendance at the activity;
- Carry out administrative, planning activities and to facilitate your requirements for the activity;
- Plan and develop future activities and opportunities;
- Compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the course/activity;

As a valued HomeTeamNS member/customer, you can expect HomeTeamNS and its affiliated organizations, service providers and programme partners to communicate to you via channels such as electronic direct mailers (Email), Short messaging service (SMS), direct mailers (Postal Mail), Whatsapp and phone calls (Voice).
By attending the activity stated above, you consent to the use of photograph, voice, comments and image in any broadcast of this event and in subsequent productions drawn from video or audio recordings of this event. The photographs and recordings may be published or broadcasted in the official HomeTeamNS and HomeTeamNS affiliates’ publications and in publicity materials, including the HomeTeamNS and HomeTeamNS affiliates’ websites and social media. All recordings, articles, quotes, photographs, films, CCTV footage, audio or video and/or any reproductions of same in any form, are the property of HomeTeamNS. HomeTeamNS and its affiliates, employees, representatives and agents are released from any and all claims, demands, costs and liability that may arise from the use of any of the described above, arising out of being interviewed, recorded, photograph, videotaped or filmed.
