• All registration and payment are to be made via the mobile app platform under the Family Day listing under Marketplace.
• All attendees must be accounted for in the final amount reflected in the payment receipt
• The ticketing portal will not allow payment to be made should the above conditions not be met.
• Members may only purchase a 1 bundle per transaction. Should they wish to purchase more, they will need another member to acquire the additional tickets.
• Your membership must be valid for at least 3 months from the event date to be eligible for registration and participation. 
• All payment made to HomeTeamNS are non-refundable. 

• Preferred movie timings will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, as per date and time of payment made 
• Failing to use the movie tickets may result in the forfeiture of your tickets
• Unused tickets are non-refundable
• All attendees are responsible for their tickets and event premiums.
• HomeTeamNS is not liable for any loss or damaged tickets and food vouchers.
• All payment made to HomeTeamNS are non-refundable. 

• By registering, participants agree to being photographed and video recorded on the event day for the purpose of publicity and for use in future publicity collaterals
• By registering, participants agree to receiving Email and SMS update pertaining to HomeTeamNS events and promotions
• HomeTeamNS reserves the rights to reject participants who have not adhered to the payment terms from participating in the event
• HomeTeamNS reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice
• Any members who arrive after 6.30PM on event day would have forfeited their tickets

• I am aware that the registered participants will undergo the event at my own risk and thereby release HomeTeamNS, its staff, and other organising persons from liabilities, which may arise during the duration of the event.
• I agree that fees are non-refundable unless the activity is cancelled by HomeTeamNS.
• I acknowledge that Parent / Guardian consent is required for applicants under 21 years old.
• I hereby declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health to take part in this event.

HomeTeamNS recognizes its obligation under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) which include the collection, use and disclose of personal data (information provided above) which you have given consent to by the submission of this registration form.

Your personal data belonging to you and your family may be used and disclosed to HomeTeamNS’ affiliated organisations, third party service providers (activity partners etc.) for the following purposes:

1. Register and contact you about your attendance at the activity;
2. Carry out administrative, planning activities and to facilitate your requirements for the activity;
3. Plan and develop future activities and opportunities;
4. Compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the course/activity;
5. Providing marketing material that you have agreed to receive.

As a valued HomeTeamNS member/customer, you can expect HomeTeamNS and its affiliated organizations, service providers and programme partners to communicate to you via channels such as electronic direct mailers (Email), Short messaging service (SMS), direct mailers (Postal Mail), Whatsapp and phone calls (Voice).

By attending the activity stated above, you consent to the use of photograph, voice, comments and image in any broadcast of this event and in subsequent productions drawn from video or audio recordings of this event. The photographs and recordings may be published or broadcasted in the official HomeTeamNS and HomeTeamNS affiliates’ publications and in publicity materials, including the HomeTeamNS and HomeTeamNS affiliates’ websites and social media. All recordings, articles, quotes, photographs, films, CCTV footage, audio or video and/or any reproductions of same in any form, are the property of HomeTeamNS. HomeTeamNS and its affiliates, employees, representatives and agents are released from any and all claims, demands, costs and liability that may arise from the use of any of the described above, arising out of being interviewed, recorded, photograph, videotaped or filmed.

**It is the responsibility of event participants to remove themselves from group and candid shots/recordings that the photographers/videographers intend to capture, if they do not wish to have their photos/audio-visual recordings taken at the event.**
