OUR VISION
The Pride of Home Team NSmen and their families
OUR MISSION
Deepening the bond among Home Team NSmen, and celebrating their contributions to keeping Singapore safe and secure.
President's Message
Dear Members,
This past year, HomeTeamNS has been propelled by a dynamic rhythm of movement. We’ve seen our community grow stronger, our initiatives gain momentum, and our members experience moments that inspire a collective sense of connection and joy.
These pieces of us have come together to form a mosaic of continuous progress and pride, each moment adding meaning to the evolving story of HomeTeamNS.
It was also a year where…
Key Achievements
Financial Year 2024/2025 was a year defined by a mosaic of moments that moved us, shaped us, and brought our HomeTeamNS community closer together.
Guided by the strategies shaped during our Strategic Review 2023, we remained committed to engaging every member and nurturing a sense of belonging throughout the year.
We saw our initiatives spark real engagement and growth, and our events bring thousands together. From introducing exciting new fitness initiatives for active agers like GX Fit to actively engaging you, our National Servicemen, and your families through hosting dynamic events throughout the year — especially during the bustling June holidays, football live screenings and our signature Family Day —
these wins, big and small, reflect our shared spirit and the evolving heartbeat of HomeTeamNS.
Member Satisfaction
The proudest moment of our year was to witness a remarkable growth in our member satisfaction rating. Reaching an all-time high, our overall member satisfaction rating soared from 86% in 2023 to a phenomenal 90% in 2024.
This positive trend was further underscored by the increase in members’ sense of pride from 86% to 89%.
These results affirm our commitment to support and grow a thriving National Servicemen community – where our members feel heard, supported and truly valued.
Media Publicity
Media publicity played a key role in shaping both public and member perceptions and sparked lively engagement and conversation. We are proud to share that we surpassed our media publicity goal, garnering $3.2 million worth of media coverage.
The achievement reflects our commitment to building meaningful connections with our members through effective and purposeful marketing, thoughtful trendspotting, and authentic storytelling through media and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
Our social media platforms flourished, achieving a total reach of 6.1 million and 2.4 million total engagements, illustrating a vibrant buzz within our social media community.

Membership Growth
members in total
Our membership strength reached an all-time high.
This achievement was driven by several campaigns.
Home Team Day
In partnership with the Ministry of Home Affairs, we celebrated Home Team Day by extending complimentary membership to all Home Team National Servicemen, Officers and Volunteers, bringing our community even closer together.
HomeTeamNS x Singlife 1-Year Free Membership
Concluded in August 2024, this campaign offered members a complimentary 1-year membership with the activation of a complimentary 1-year home or travel insurance.
NSF Talks
Our NSF talks resonated strongly, achieving an average conversion rate of 82%.
In December 2024, we introduced additional incentives to encourage recruits to sign up during these sessions.
Key Events
June Holidays
Our clubhouses buzzed with excitement during the June holidays last year, attracting thousands for a vibrant array of fun-filled family activities and meaningful shared experiences across our clubhouses.
The events welcomed over 5,000 participants in total across the clubhouses.
The festivities culminated in our highly anticipated Family Day at Universal Studios Singapore, which drew an impressive crowd of 3,000 members and loved ones for an unforgettable evening.
GX Fit
Launched on 29 September 2024, GX Fit was designed to encourage ex-National Servicemen aged 44 and above to embrace an active lifestyle and build a lasting connection with HomeTeamNS.
The campaign kicked off with a brisk walking event and monthly fitness classes, which included rock climbing, target shooting and fitness classes, tailored for our active agers.
Responding to the overwhelming enthusiasm from the first brisk walk, we brought back the GX Fit brisk walk for a second run at HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir in February 2025, marking the start of our 20th Anniversary celebrations. Both events saw a fantastic turnout, welcoming over 1,000 participants in total.
EURO 2024 & ASEAN Cup Championship Screening
Recognising that many of our members are passionate football fans, we took the lead in bringing live screening of the highly anticipated, sold-out ASEAN Cup to our clubhouses in December 2024. This followed our successful EURO 2024 screenings in July. Together, these screenings drew an enthusiastic turnout of over 4,800 participants across all LIVE screenings.
More than just matches, these moments became lively, shared experiences that brought our community together — reflecting our ongoing commitment to creating meaningful moments that spark joy and strengthen connections.
Guardians Playoff
Guardians Playoff returned in full swing, with six thrilling competitions, including popular sports like futsal and bowling.
Throughout the year, 407 National Servicemen from 19 divisions of the SPF and SCDF brought their energy and team spirit to every game. It’s heartening to witness our National Servicemen reconnecting, cheering each other on and building lasting bonds through these friendly competitions.
REAL® Run
Despite weather disruption, the event saw an impressive turnout with 4,247 registered runners—achieving a strong 94.4% participation rate. While the unexpected disruption brought some disappointment, our participants stayed upbeat, showcasing a positive spirit and resilience that embodies the heart of our community.
Being a part of our NSmen’s Fitness Journey
$100 2-Year gym membership package for NSFs
To support active NSFs in their fitness journey, we introduced a special $100 2-year Fitness Workz gym membership package, exclusively for them.
Launched on 24 January 2025, the promotion saw an encouraging response with 437 sign-ups to date.
Cohesion & Team Building
Building from our expertise in conducting cohesion programmes for our National Servicemen, we expanded our team-building services to schools and corporates for additional revenue.
For Cohesion, 425 programs were conducted for 38,241 National Servicemen, generating a total revenue of $1,805,287.
For Team Building, a total of 603 programs were conducted for schools and corporate clients. This generated $1,449,188 in revenue, an 18% increase compared to Financial Year 2023/2024.
Corporate Social Responsibility
In Financial Year 2024/2025, we embarked on our CSR journey with Community Chest and adopted Fei Yue as our charity beneficiary, which enables us to be more sustainable and strategic in our community giving initiatives.
SHARE Programme
In May 2024, we onboarded Community Chest’s SHARE Programme, a monthly employee giving programme. As of the end of Financial Year 2024/2025, we raised $2,589 through SHARE.
Chinese New Year Luncheon
Our staff and volunteers also brought warmth and cheer to 100 seniors from Fei Yue Active Ageing Center with a heartwarming Chinese New Year luncheon for them in February 2025 – we celebrated the festive season with delicious lunch, karaoke and fun games.
Pay-it-Forward
In June 2024, our Pay-it-Forward Campaign during Family Day saw our members and volunteers generously contribute to garner 60 Universal Studio Singapore tickets for Youths-At-Risk from Fei Yue Community Services.
The youths and their families had a memorable night filled with thrilling rides, laughter and shared fun.
Power Up Wednesdays
In early April 2025, we launched “Power Up Wednesday” at T-Play Khatib, a dedicated time slot for children with special needs.
Leading up to the launch, our staff underwent training with the Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) and Fei Yue’s Early Intervention team, learning basic and general awareness of supporting young children with special needs.
These initiatives showcased HomeTeamNS’s commitment to being inclusive and bringing our community together to do good for our larger community.
Preferred Celebrations & Event Venue
We take pride in being a preferred venue where our members and their loved ones come together to celebrate life’s special moments.
We constantly innovate and expand our offerings to meet a wide range of needs and preferences.
We are delighted to see growing interest and appeal of HomeTeamNS as a preferred wedding, party and event venue.
Party bookings across all our recreational facilities surged by 78% with a total revenue of $436,649 generated, while bookings for wedding, social and corporate functions across all M.I.C.E. facilities in our clubhouses generated $3,915,663 in revenue in Financial Year 2024/2025.
This strong performance reinforced our role as a prime venue for milestone celebrations and joyful gatherings.
HomeTeamNS’
20th Anniversary Celebration
We kicked off HomeTeamNS’s 20th Anniversary Celebrations in January 2025, with a special membership sign-up promotion for our members and their families. In celebration of our special milestone year, Ordinary and Associate Members can enjoy a fantastic offer of a 2-Year membership for just $20 (U.P. $50) plus unlimited family memberships.
The campaign was well-received and has attracted a total of 2,387 membership applications and renewals as of the end of Financial Year 2024/2025.
Large Families Deals
In responding to the government’s call to strengthen families and support large families, we partnered with Families for Life to launch Large Families Deals in March 2025, offering fantastic bundle savings on clubhouse experiences like T-Play, Aqua Adventure and more.
This partnership underscored our commitment to making our family-friendly attractions and events more accessible and affordable, especially for bigger households that may face greater costs when planning shared outings.
HomeTeamNS x
Civil Service Club
We inked a new reciprocal partnership with the Civil Service Club in August 2024.
The collaboration expanded membership perks for both our members and Civil Service Club members, as members from both associations gain access to a broader array of premier recreational facilities, amenities and activities to support your evolving needs in recreation and wellness.
New Membership Perks
We added more value to your membership with 123 new benefits rolled out in Financial Year 2024/2025.
These new perks provide greater value, variety and relevance to you and your evolving lifestyle.
Some of our new partners include Kopitiam, Shell, Golden Village, Mount Faber Leisure Group, Mandai Wildlife Reserve and Changi Jewel.
Excellent Service Awards (EXSA)
A total of 34 Singapore Hotel Association (SHA) EXSA and 14 Association of Singapore Attraction (ASA) EXSA awards were presented to HomeTeamNS staff in recognition of their exceptional service delivery.
Our EXSA award recipients consistently went above and beyond – a reflection of their strong commitment to service excellence. Their passion and dedication also inspire a culture of outstanding member engagement, ensuring every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
One Stop Centre for All Things Adventure
To reinforce our commitment as a trusted adventure destination, we set our sights on achieving the Association of Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) accreditation for Adventure HQ and Adventure Centre, and we are proud to have successfully attained it in May 2024.
This internationally recognised certification affirms our commitment to uphold the safety, risk management and operational standards across our adventure facilities, giving us a strong edge as we grow our presence in the sector, including offering high-element activities for MOE schools.
At the same time, we continue to maintain the SSCMF accreditation for rock climbing activities across our adventure facilities, which allows us to serve as a dependable partner for youth and school engagement.
Sports climbing courses were launched at My Climbing Place, where 50 trainees were trained in foundational and advanced climbing techniques. This supported our plan to engage CCA groups, Institutes of Higher Learning and International Schools, paving the way for future nationwide school competitions in partnership with SSCMF and other event organisers.
ISO 45001 &
ISO 22301
We successfully maintained our ISO 45001 and ISO 22301 certifications for 2024, reinforcing our commitment to employee safety and well-being and our reliability and preparedness in times of crisis.
Loyalty Programme Enhancement
In January 2025, we launched another exciting feature as part of the HomeTeamNS Rewards+ – Spend, Snap and Save!
The launch was a significant milestone for our loyalty programme, as members could now earn +HPoints for purchases made at participating clubhouse tenants, simply by scanning receipts with the HomeTeamNS Mobile App—bringing convenience and value to everyday interactions. As of March 31, 2025, a total of 2,357 transactions have been rewarded!
New app features such as “daily check-in” and “refer a friend” further encouraged member engagement. Each successful referral rewarded both parties with $5 worth of +HPoints, strengthening community bonds through shared rewards.

New Tenants at our Clubhouses
To ensure our clubhouses remain vibrant, engaging and relevant to meet your needs, we constantly review and refresh our tenant lineup.
There’s now even more to discover and enjoy at every HomeTeamNS clubhouse as we amp up our list of offerings for you.
Customer Service Excellence
Our commitment to service excellence comes to life through our people.
In the last Financial Year, 239 of our staff, including part-timers, took part in training that sharpened their technical, customer engagement and communication skills.
Beyond the trainings, learning journeys, etiquette workshops and service innovation programmes such as “Think on Your Own Feet” helped build adaptability and fostered the spirit of initiative among our staff – ensuring services are delivered with warmth and from the heart.
We also listened closely to what matters to you and gained insight into service gaps and areas of improvement through mystery audits and member focus groups. Training provided by our Customer Experience Team helped our teams to manage enquiries, feedback and internal coordination more efficiently — all so we can respond faster, work smarter, and deliver a smoother, more seamless experience for you.

In a meaningful partnership with Republic Polytechnic, where final-year students conducted Customer Journey Mapping projects at our Bedok Reservoir and Khatib clubhouses. It was a hands-on learning opportunity that provided the students with real-world experience, and they offered valuable practical insights that were put into action – helping us fine-tune our service delivery to members.

Adventure HQ Roll Glider
Following a period of necessary enhancement work, the Roll Glider station at Adventure HQ was successfully relaunched in December 2024.
After months of behind-the-scenes work, we are thrilled to bring this station back, and we are now able to offer our members the whole Adventure HQ experience.
Revamped HomeTeamNS Bukit Batok Fitness Workz
Fitness Workz at HomeTeamNS Bukit Batok reopened in August 2024 with a fresh new look and upgraded features.
The gym space has been redesigned to include a brand-new functional training area, complete with an artificial turf ground.
Further complementing the refreshed space is a host of new equipment that promises to elevate your workout experience. As fitness trends continue to evolve, we’re committed to keeping pace, by updating our equipment and spaces to better support our members’ fitness journey.

Farewell to HomeTeamNS-JOM Balestier
On 31 March 2025, we bade farewell to one of our pioneer clubhouses – HomeTeamNS-JOM Balestier. Since its humble beginnings as SPANS-JOM clubhouse in 2001, the clubhouse has been a sanctuary that holds many precious memories for our National Servicemen and their families.
As the lifestyle and recreational needs of our National Servicemen evolved over the years, we observed a decline in patronage. The physical constraints on scaling and upgrading the clubhouse meaningfully had led to the difficult decision to close the clubhouse, allowing us to redirect our resources to invest in future areas of growth and continue to bring greater value to our members.
Following the closure, HomeTeamNS’ headquarters was also relocated to HomeTeamNS Khatib.

Cybersecurity Incident
On 25 February 2025, we were hit by a ransomware attack. Upon discovery, immediate containment measures were taken, including disabling and isolating affected servers.
The attack affected servers that house our accounting system, computing scripts for our clubhouses’ car park system, self-help kiosk printers and folders containing personal data of current and former employees. The Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and the affected stakeholders (including affected members, former and current employees) were notified in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Cybersecurity and data protection are of utmost importance to us, and we take this incident seriously. We launched an independent data forensic investigation following the incident, and our latest assessment found no evidence that any data was taken or leaked. The conclusion and recommendations from the independent investigation will continue to guide us in strengthening our cybersecurity posture and refining our response plan, ensuring the continued protection of the sensitive and personal data of our stakeholders.
HomeTeamNS clubhouses will continue to be versatile spaces for our National Servicemen to connect, create cherished memories with loved ones and meaningful experiences that enrich their lives. Water sports activities, such as kayaking and dragon boating, will soon be introduced at the new Aqua Sports Centre, located at HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir, in Q2 of the 2025/2026 Financial Year. Aqua Sports will be the latest addition to HomeTeamNS clubhouses’ lineup of signature adventure experiences, joining Aqua Adventure, Adventure HQ, Action Motion, and TactSim, which highlight HomeTeamNS as a one-stop hub with varied recreational offerings and meaningful experiences.
To deepen our interaction and better understand our members, we have set out to enhance our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. When ready, the new CRM system will be able to capture insight such as preferences, transactions and feedback – these will give us clearer insights into what members truly value. These insights will support data-driven decisions to personalise experience and anticipate needs more effectively, ultimately leading to a more engaging and satisfying member experience that feels relevant, thoughtful and member-first. The first phase of the CRM system enhancement is expected to be delivered in Q4 of Financial Year 2025/2026.
As we commemorate our 20th anniversary this year, we have lined up year-long promotions and exclusive deals, adding more excitement, benefits, and memorable experiences to our members. A roving exhibition will also bring our two-decade journey to life, showcasing the milestones, memories, and moments that have shaped HomeTeamNS.
In the spirit of this celebration, our “Light the Way Forward” campaign reflects our commitment to giving back. This initiative brings together our National Servicemen, their families, friends, and partners to uplift those in need, offering support and hope to individuals and families navigating life’s challenges. Together, we aim to make a meaningful impact of $200,000, supporting communities in transition, including single parents, youths-at-risk, and children with special needs. These CSR efforts will culminate in a Charity Dinner in November 2025, bringing together our community in a shared celebration of unity and shared purpose.
I am grateful for the dedication, hard work, and perseverance of the HomeTeamNS staff team, supported by the generous spirit of our National Servicemen Volunteers, and empowered by the visionary leadership led by our Board of Governors and Management Committees.
Together, let us continue to build a HomeTeamNS that reflects the strength, unity, and dedication of our community.
With shared purpose and commitment, I am confident that we will shape a future that honours our past and inspires the generations to come.
