Information
What is Sunset Adventure?
Sunset Adventure is a non-competitive, completion-based adventure course filled with fun, excitement and purpose. It’s a fun challenge – where adventure meets purpose and fun meets fundraising.
When and what time is Sunset Adventure?
Sunset Adventure 2026 will take place on 15 August 2026, from 3.00pm to 7.30pm, at HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir. Registration will commence at 2.00pm at the Atrium, with the flag-off scheduled for 3.30pm.
What are the different activities available for Sunset Adventure?
Participants can look forward to a variety of activities such as:
- Run around Bedok Reservoir Park
- Action Motion
- Aqua Adventure
- Vertical Challenge
- Kayaking
What is the minimum and maximum age to participate?
This event is open to participants aged 18 years old and above. There is no maximum age limit; everyone is welcome!
Registrations
When is the registration Period?
Registration opens from 13 July 2026 and will close on 13 August 2026, or once all slots are filled.
How do I register for the event?
You can register online via our official registration link found on our website.
How do I know if my registration is successful?
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful registration. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the email.
What type of e-payments do you accept?
We accept major e-payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayNow, and selected mobile payment platforms. Full options will be available on the checkout page.
Can I register for the day of the event?
Unfortunately, on-site registration is not available. All participants must register in advance.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Registrations are non-transferable to ensure accuracy in participant data and safety.
Will I get a refund if I choose not to participate in the after registration?
No refunds will be issued once registration is completed, as stated in the terms and conditions.
General Enquiries
What should I wear for Sunset Adventure?
Participants are advised to wear comfortable dri-fit material sports attire and covered running shoes suitable for outdoor activities. Slippers, sandals, or open-toe footwear are not permitted due to safety reasons. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle, sunblock, and a cap or sunglasses if needed .
When and where do I collect my entry pack?
Details on the entry pack collection will be sent to all participants via email and posted on our official platforms after successful registration online.
Will there be official photographers during the event?
Yes, there will be official photographers capturing moments throughout the event. Photos will be shared post-event on our social media and website.
Where is the nearest parking available?
There is parking available at HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir. Please note that parking is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Alternatively, the nearest parking areas are located at 742 Bedok Reservoir Road and Block 748 HDB Bedok Reservoir (MSCP). Both are approximately a 10-minute walk from the event venue.
Is there free parking at HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir?
Unfortunately, parking fees are not reimbursable.
What if I miss my flag-off time?
Participants who miss their designated flag-off time may still start within 30 minutes of the official flag-off. However, for safety reasons, anyone attempting to start more than 30 minutes after the flag-off will not be allowed to participate
What if I am injured during the event or unable to finish?
Medical assistance and first aid stations will be available throughout the route. If you’re unable to continue, please alert the nearest marshal.
Will food be provided for the participants?
Light refreshments, drinks, and engagement activities will be available during the post-event session.
Am I allowed to bring cameras or mobile phones during the event?
You are welcome to bring mobile phones or cameras, but please note they are your responsibility during the event.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
The event will proceed in light rain. In the event of severe weather or haze, updates will be provided via announcements and official channels.
Will I get a refund if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather?
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to adverse weather such wet weather or haze, in accordance with the event’s terms and conditions.
Where can I deposit my bag?
A baggage deposit service will be available on event day at the registration booth. Please bring your valuables with you during the event.
Will there be water stations or first aid?
Yes, water points and first aid stations will be available along the route and in the clubhouse.

All recordings, articles, quotes, photographs, films, CCTV footage, audio or video, and/or any reproductions of same in any form, are the property of HomeTeamNS. HomeTeamNS and its affiliates, employees, representatives, and agents are released from any and all claims, demands, costs, and liability that may arise from the use of any of the described above, arising out of being interviewed, recorded, photograph, videotaped or filmed.
