A Well-spent Weekend With HomeTeamNS

Teeming with life – November 2018 was a busy month for HomeTeamNS, with its Healthy Lifestyle Village and AGM unfolding over the same weekend.

It was an eventful November 2018, with HomeTeamNS holding its Healthy Lifestyle Village to encourage healthy living.

As part of the event, visitors to HomeTeamNS Bukit Batok were offered complimentary dental screenings and trial fitness sessions. Also, in line with Singapore’s drive to combat diabetes, there was a workshop to raise awareness of the disease. Other workshops included an onigiri-making course and a healthy-cooking demonstration.

On the same weekend, HomeTeamNS held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the Blossom Garden Restaurant at the Bukit Batok clubhouse. Over 270 members, along with Guest of Honour Mrs Josephine Teo, Minister of Manpower, Second Minister for Home Affairs and President of HomeTeamNS, attended the event.

Aside from the usual progress updates, the AGM also bore witness to the annual Most Supportive Division (MSD) award ceremony. Here, PROCOM was awarded first place in both Competitive and Participation categories. ‘A’ Division and ‘J’ Division took home first and second runner-up positions respectively.
