TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Booking request to be submitted with a minimum of 14 days from the event date and subject to availability. HomeTeamNS Sembawang reserves the right to forfeit booking should there be no confirmation and payment made prior to event date.
  • Confirmation is required for us to process this booking. Please note that payment has to be made before the use of facilities and reserved booking will be released 3 days after the stipulated date as informed upon issuance of quotation for confirmation.
  • There will be no refund for cancellation of event. Postponement of booking is only allowed ONCE and subject to availability. New booking date must be within 3-month from the initial booking date and with a minimum of 14 days advance notice.
  • An administration fee of $21.40 is required for amendment of accommodation booking. New check-in date must be within 2-month from initial check-in date.
  • HomeTeamNS Sembawang will not be held responsible for personal property or equipment of any nature brought into the Club. The Club will not assume responsibility for items lost, stolen or not delivered intact before, during or after a function.
  • HomeTeamNS Sembawang has their appointed caterers and clients shall not consume / bring in food from external parties. A surcharge / penalty shall apply should external parties be used unless stated otherwise.
  • The member booking the function space should adhere to the conditions of no cooking* within the premise, no loud music and only utilizing the space allocated for the booking as agreed with HomeTeamNS Sembawang.
  • The member booking the function space is responsible for any change of the set-up of the room. An administrative charge of setup fees will be imposed for any request of additional help with setup for this service on event day.
  • Logistics (tables, chairs etc.) request on event day are subjected to availability and last request to be made at counter by 8pm, rental charges apply. Sound system setup does not include personnel for operating of the system on event day.
  • Postponement of party packages is only allowed ONCE with a minimum of 7 days advance notice and subject to availability.
  • HomeTeamNS Sembawang reserves the right to adjust any set up to ensure fire, life and safety codes are not breached.
  • All members and guests are requested to use the facilities of the Clubhouse with due consideration to all other members and guests of the Club. This also includes adhering to the maximum occupancy stated for guest rooms and other Terms & Conditions that falls under guest rooms’ facility.
  • The behavior of the guests will be the responsibility of the member booking the function space. HomeTeamNS Sembawang is committed to providing an enjoyable environment in which all individuals, including staffs, are treated with respect. Members shall at all times conduct themselves in a fair and responsible manner and are to refrain from comments or behaviors which are disrespectful, offensive, abusive or racist. Behavior which constitutes as of the pre-mentioned will not be tolerated by the management.
  • The member booking the function space is responsible for the upkeep of the room. Please refrain from taping, stapling or tacking to walls, windows or doors. Club property must not be removed from the room, nor taken from the Club. Housekeeping or maintenance problems, including cleanup of spills, are to be reported to Operations Team immediately, where excessive cleaning charges may incur during this process.
  • Facilities shall not be used for any political, religious or dubious purposes. No religious ceremonies, practices and/or activities are to be carried out.
  • Function rooms operating hours are from 9am to 11pm (exclude 1 hour setup/ teardown). All events are to end by 11.00pm. Guest rooms check-in from 3pm to 8pm and check-out at 11am. Early check-in request is subjected to availability.
  • A refundable deposit of $200 (The Living Space), $100 (Function rooms) and $50 (Guest rooms) to be made at the counter on the day of event/ booking. Refundable deposit is accepted via Credit Card. The member booking the function space is liable for damages which includes also includes; facility systems and equipment, fittings and fixtures. Relevant charges will be deducted from the refundable deposit. Additional damage charges to be made via offline payment should it cost more than the refundable deposited amount.
  • Guest rooms’ refundable deposit for Corporate/ Group booking, unless stated otherwise.
    5 rooms or more: $250 | 4 rooms and below: $50/ room
  • All cheque payments to be made payable to ‘HomeTeamNS’. An interest of 10% per month will be levied on all overdue payments after 30 days. Other payment methods include Cash/NETS/Credit Card (MasterCard/Visa) only.
