Today (dated 30/7/17) was our first-time visit to Clip 'N Climb, which also falls on my daughter's birthday. It was her idea to celebrate her special day at your clubhouse. Our time slot was 2pm for two children. I would like to compliment your staff. There was this lady wearing grey attire making really difficult time for your staff at the clip n climb corner (stating that staff was wasting time doing briefing at 2pm instead of half an hour earlier and also complaining that she could not be allowed in because she wore unsuitable shoes - I assume there was no proper grip for the soles). Applaud to all staffs handling her! They were very professional in handling her unreasonable demands. They really deserve my letter of appreciation. Please let them know that their hard work today was recognised by me.
We went Clip 'N Climb on 19th August 2017, which also happened to be my first time trying out something like this. There was a short briefing session before the climb, presented with clear and easy instructions. Although I was initially afraid due to some fear of heights, I got better after some tries. Staff were friendly and helpful(e.g. helped guided steps by using a laser pointer). We were also impressed by how the staff retrieved an 'ice-pick' when we accidentally left it up there. Looking forward to coming back here in the future!
It is one of our children's birthday today and the family visited for the Clip N' Climb. The experience was great for our girls who are 13, 10 and 6 this year. The facility is very well kept, clean and safe. Our 10 year old birthday girl had an awesome time! The staff are also wonderful - full of positive energy and care. They did their work professionally and kindly. One particular staff, whom I got his name as Ady, was very patient and careful with our 6 year old daughter. Our daughter was nervous and didn't want to climb high at all, but Ady very nicely encouraged her and climbed with her till above 3m (which is an amazing feat for our daughter). She really appreciated Ady's help and said she will make sure to climb again next time. I spoke briefly with Ady and learned that he is an intern from one of the ITEs. I'd like to give a shout out to him a big thanks, and appreciate the maturity and professionalism of this young and fine man. Thumbs up to the entire team and management, in making Clip N' Climb a wonderful experience for the family!
