As we transition back to a new normal, the safety and well-being of our members and guests remain our top priority. An overview of the safe management measures implemented at our clubhouses can be found below.

CREATING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUR VISIT

Adventure HQ

Booking and entry

► Only online bookings are allowed.
► No waiting or loitering allowed within or near Adventure HQ facility.
► Wearing of masks is mandatory for all individuals within Adventure HQ.

Adventure HQ grounds

► Sanitizers strategically placed at high traffic areas (counter, briefing room and locker room).
► Gloves on standby to dispose forgotten/left behind face masks.
► Minimum talking and shouting. Video briefings and physical demonstrations will be used.

Urban Climb, Climbing and Bouldering Wall

► 4 hours activity time.
► Mask is required to be worn at all times.
► 2-metre distance apart from other climbers at all times.
► Harness are labelled for rotation to prevent cross usage before disinfection.
► Climbing harnesses and equipment are cleaned and disinfected using mild soap and water, air dried thereafter.

We only accept a maximum of 5 attendees in one booking.

Each time slot is 4 hours. After each session, there will be a 30 minutes mandatory disinfection period. The next session will resume after the disinfection period.

Participants have to wear their masks at all times. Participants will have to keep a 2-metre distance from other climbers.

We are limiting the number of guests to help everyone adhere to social distancing guidelines. Pre-booked time slots ensure that visits are spread out throughout the day, and that the arena does not exceed the safe capacity.

Yes, you can book through the HomeTeamNS Mobile app or Kiosk.

Time slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so your chosen time slot may be fully booked. We only have a limited capacity for each time slot, and some time slots are likely to be more popular than others.

There is no refund for cancellation of booking in the event of no-show or late/missed sessions.

Clip 'n Climb

Entry to Climbing facility

All members and guests will have to book their slots via GetKaki-HomeTeamNS mobile app prior to arrival. Refer to below for details on online bookings.

Personal protective equipment

For safety reasons, only Clip ‘n Climb issued harnesses are allowed. Harnesses will be wiped down after use and  rotated with a 3-hour downtime.

Capacity control and safe distancing

In accordance to the safe distancing guidelines announced by the Multi Ministry Taskforce, Clip ‘n Climb must adhere to maximum of 5 pax per group per 90 minutes session. This capacity limit is to minimize the risk of large clusters forming. Groups will rotate between 4 zones within Clip ‘n Climb during the 90 minutes session to ensure no mixing of groups.

Masks and face shields are mandatory to be worn at all times.

Fitness Workz Gyms

► Due to limited capacity, we are only accepting HomeTeamNS Fitness Workz members at this current juncture.

► Walk-in entries for non-HomeTeamNS members are suspended. Walk-ins are only available for HomeTeamNS members – $5.35/pax (peak and non-peak hours)

► Bookings are strongly encouraged to be done in advance for a workout session to avoid delays and crowds. Bookings can be done via the mobile app.

► Each workout session booking is for 90 minutes only. No extension is allowed. This is to minimise exposure and contact with other members from the next session.

Entry to Gym facility

All gym members will have to book their slots via GetKaki-HomeTeamNS Mobile App.

Each member will have 90 minutes for their workout. All gym users have to abide to the timeslot for their workout. There will be no extension of workout hours for latecomers as this arrangement seeks to minimise exposure and contact with other members from the next session. Thus, members are encouraged to come on time.

Implementation of social distancing

All gym users are advised to book the timeslot and check on the maximum capacity before arriving at the facility. All gym users are to space themselves out of 2 metres (2 arms-length) between individuals while working out.

• Gym users who intend to visit the gym can use the GetKaki-HomeTeamNS Mobile App to view the capacity occupancy at each gym.

• Gym users will be advised to frequent one gym and not multiple gyms during this period, to minimize chances of transmission.

• All opening hours are extended to 7am to 10pm daily including weekends and PH. Do take note that these opening hours are subject to changes.

• Notices and reminders will be placed on the gym floor and changing rooms to remind members to observe 1-metre distance and hygiene etiquette when in the gym.

Masks can be taken off when performing strenuous activities. All users to don masks when entering the facility. However, if you are feeling unwell, we would like to advise you to refrain from coming to the gym.

Walk-in entry only applicable for HomeTeamNS members. All walk-in bookings have to be made via mobile app – Get Kaki.

Lockers and shower facilities are open. However, the max. capacity is at 10pax at a time. Gym users to observe safe distancing measures.

Futsal Courts

Booking period is a minimum of 2 hours.

As per the regulations implemented by the government for Phase 2, a maximum of 5 members are allowed per booking. Any additional members will be told to leave the premises.

Masks to be worn at all times.

Currently, all birthday parties and social gatherings are not allowed.

We allow walk-ins, so you can head down to HomeTeamNS Villa Concierge to make your bookings. However, we do recommend that you make your bookings before coming down.

Laser Quest

Entry to Laser Quest facility

All members and guests will have to book their slots via GetKaki-HomeTeamNS mobile app prior to arrival.

Increased frequency in cleaning and disinfecting of high-contact areas

Our housekeepers and marshals will wipe down the equipment after every mission. High contact areas will be cleaned every 2 hours.

We’re limiting the number of visitors to help everyone follow social distancing guidelines. Pre-booked time slots ensure that visits are spread out throughout the day, and that the facility don’t exceed our safe capacity.

In accordance to the safe distancing guidelines announced by the Multi-Ministry Taskforce, Laser Quest must adhere to maximum of 5 pax per mission. This capacity limit is to minimize the risk of large clusters forming. Mixing of groups are not allowed. One marshal will supervise every mission.

You can arrive up to 15 minutes before your booking time to register your arrival. Please ensure you stay 1m apart from another person in queues during registration.

Slot Machine Rooms

Rules and Regulations

►Only HomeTeamNS Members are allowed entry to the Slot Machine Room.

► Persons under the age of 21 are not allowed.

► Identification checks of Self Exclusion must be done before entry.

► Members must apply for the Slot Machine Card in order to play on the machines.

► No reservations of slot machines allowed.

► Members must comply to Safe Management Measures.

Safe Management Measures

► Occupancy is limited to the maximum venue capacity limit at each clubhouse at any one time.

► Members must scan SafeEntry QR Code to check-in and out of the facility.

► Masks must be worn at all times.

► Maintain safe distancing of 1m apart.

► No food and drinks allowed.

► No loitering, socialising and/or watching other players’ games.

Keeping You Safe

► Hand sanitisers are placed at high-traffic areas for for your usage.

► Facility is cleaned and sanitised every 4-hour interval.

► Slot machines are disinfected for every change of players.

Swimming Pools

Safe Facility


• Swimming pool waters are cleaned daily and tested in accordance with NEA guidelines.
• Toilets and changing rooms are available for use with advisory to queue outside for shower facilities.
• Swimmers are encouraged to wipe dry after swimming and put on their attire without accessing the changing room
• Pool play facilities such as children’s play features, slides, jacuzzis, bubble pools and sun deck will be closed.
• Enhanced cleaning and sanitisation implemented at pool common areas and toilets.
• Prominent signages are put up in the vicinity of the pool areas to advise users on safe management measures and to practise good personal hygiene.

Safe Distancing


•  Physical distancing of 2 metres (2 arms-length) between users should be maintained at all times while exercising and playing sport.
•  Personal equipment such as water bottles, towels, goggles should not be shared.
•  A maximum of 2 swimmers will be allowed in each lane to prevent overcrowding. Users should avoid congregating at pool wall.
•  Users are encouraged to stay in their lane. Swimming lanes will be demarcated by lane ropes to prevent unnecessary contact.
•  Beyond activities, users are required to observe physical distancing of 1 metre and are not allowed to suntan, socialise or loiter within the facility.

• Only lap pool will be open for HomeTeamNS members.

► Due to limited capacity, we are only accepting HomeTeamNS members at this current juncture. Affiliate members (i.e. SAFRA) and guest access will be suspended until further notice.

► Children’s wading, feature play pools and Jacuzzi will be closed till further notice.

► Access to Swimming Pools will be regulated to ensure adequate personal space among users.

► Members are strongly advised to avoid peak pool usage periods (i.e. weekday evenings and weekends).

► Members are encouraged to keep their swim to not more than 60 minutes to allow other members to have the opportunity to use the swimming pool.

► Swimmers are encouraged to wipe dry after swimming and put on their attire without accessing the changing room.

► Due to limited capacity, access to HomeTeamNS & SAFRA Swimming pools will be restricted to respective Club’s Members only. Swimming lessons will also be at the discretion of respective Club’s management, subjected to capacity, availability and other applicable rules & regulations, with priority given to respective Club’s Members until further notice.

T-Play Indoor Playground

• Temperature screening and checks on visible symptoms for all visitors at point of entrance.
• Mandatory check-in via SafeEntry for proper contact tracing.
• Implementation of contactless payment for majority of the payment functions.
• Online payment (HomeTeamNS app / Portal)
• Contactless payment over counter (cards only)
• Limit capacity of 39 pax per Play Session (T-Play Bukit Batok) and 50 pax at T-Play Khatib.
• Limit to 5 guests per group.
• Limit 5 pax per booking.

• Limit to 1 adult entry per child only. Due to limited capacity, no additional adult permitted per child.
• All visitors are required to sanitise their hands before entry and upon exit.
• ALL users to don on face mask at all times.
• Staff to minimise physical interaction with visitors whenever possible.
• Staff to ensure visitors collect and wear the wristbands independently. Staff to avoid contact with visitors, unless necessary. Staff to sanitise hands otherwise.
• Implementation of safe distancing queue markers with at least 1m separation between individual/groups at ticket counter, kiosks, entrance, and exit.
• Spacing out of bean bags (seating area) with 1m separation. Ensure groups are seated at least 1m apart.
• Reduction of seating capacity for children seating area.
• Trained staffs deployed to ensure and enforce safe distancing between visitor groups.
• Quick Pass tracking via HomeTeamNS app (Online tracking for capacity when visitors check-in)

• Staff to ensure no over-crowding at each play elements. To remind parents and children to keep social distancing while playing.

As part of T-Play safety measures, T-Play will be limiting the number of guests per play session. This will ensure that our facility do not exceed the max capacity limit and that guests will still be able to enjoy the session in a comfortable setting. Bookings are strongly encouraged to be done in advance to avoid delays and long queues.

Yes, you can. To avoid disappointment, you are highly recommended to make your booking before arriving at T-Play.

You will have to redeem the wrist tag for you and your child(s) over the counter at T-Play with your booking confirmation email. If you are a T-Play member, please bring along your HomeTeamNS / SAFRA / Passion Card membership card for verification purposes.

No, you can only book 1 play session per day.

Yes, T-Play members will be able to pre-book their slots 30 days in advance.

As part of the T-Play’s safe distancing regulations, we will take a maximum of:

• 39 pax per session at T-Play Bukit Batok, and

• 50 pax per session at T-Play Khatib

Yes. However, you will only be able to enter T-Play at your allocated time.

Yes, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes earlier to redeem the wrist tag.

You will still be allowed to enter T-Play. However, we will not be able to extend the play session duration.

Yes, kids will have to wear face mask in T-Play as well. Do approach our staff if there is any special request required.

No, face mask is not provided. Please bring your own. You will not be allowed into T-Play without a face mask.

You are recommended to bring your own socks, or you can purchase a pair of socks from T-Play at $2 via the HomeTeamNS Mobile App.

As part of the safe management measures required by Ministry of Manpower, Indoor Playgrounds MUST conduct temperature screening.

T-Play sanitize the playground daily at regular intervals – before opening, during and between play sessions and after closing.

You can check the live capacity counter via the HomeTeamNS Mobile App.

We are limiting 1 adult to accompany 1 kid into the facility only.

Yes, T-Play staff will be supervising the playground. Do approach them if you have any enquiries during your visit.

Each play session is 2 hours.

For the safety and wellbeing of you and your family, we strongly recommend keeping to 1 meter safe distance while playing. Contact should be kept small and limited to your regular circle of friends and family, not exceeding 2 pax.

We strongly recommend not to bring your infant along to minimise contact and exposure.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds for no shows.
