The daycare centre serves children diagnosed with life-threatening diseases like cancer.<\/p>\n<p>Attendees enjoyed a hearty lunch buffet, as well as activities such as Santa-themed games and a lucky draw. \u201cThe two lively emcees, as well as the jolly Santa Claus, made our day,\u201d said Han Lin Zhuo, who attended the event with her two young children. Following the event, the HomeTeamNS organising team visited the centre with the gifts collected through its Christmas with a Cause initiative. Beneficiaries received gifts, including daily necessities, while stationery was donated to the centre.<\/p>\n<p>Their visit was greeted with laughter and joy, as the kids indulged in games and chocolate cookies. This was organised in collaboration with Trybe Limited, a non-profit organisation dedicated to enhancing the lives of young people.[\/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Pay it forward &#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h2|text_align:left|color:%23dd1111&#8243; google_fonts=&#8221;font_family:Averia%20Sans%20Libre%3A300%2C300italic%2Cregular%2Citalic%2C700%2C700italic|font_style:400%20regular%3A400%3Anormal&#8221;][vc_column_text]HomeTeamNS Bukit Batok set the stage for acts of kindness in December 2018, as seven charity organisations \u2013 Loving Heart, Make-A-Wish Singapore, Metta Welfare Foundation, Red Cross Singapore, Shan You, St John Singapore and The Salvation Army \u2013 participated in the Christmas Charity Fair.
