- T-Play membership is only entitled to children of age of twelve (12) years old and below. The registration must be completed by a parent of the child to be registered.
- The T-Play Card is non-transferable and no refund shall be given in the event of termination or cancellation of the T-Play membership.
- T-Play may reject use of the T-Play Card if the T-Play card is suspected to have been fraudulently issued, stolen, or tampered with.
- T-Play HomeTeamNS reserves the right to withdraw any benefit attached to the issue and/or use of T-Play Card at any time without notice to the Cardholder.
- The Cardholder shall comply with all notices, guidelines, rules, regulations, instructions, and policies concerning the use of T-Play Card.
- An administrative and replacement charge of $5.35 will be imposed for replacement of the loss of card.
- T-Play HomeTeamNS reserves the right to withdraw the use of T-Play Card. Notice may be given by post or posted o T-Play website.
- I authorise T-Play HomeTeamNS and any other advertising or marketing agency on behalf of T-Play HomeTeamNS to take, use and/or reproduce photographs, films and/or digital media of me during the usage of the facilities and/or services for any purpose deemed suitable by T-Play HomeTeamNS.
- T-Play will not be responsible for any lost or damaged complimentary passes/membership card.
- All children must always be accompanied by a parent.
- T-Play membership will be automatically terminated when the child reaches 13 years old.

Home Team Day Complimentary Family Membership
1. Who is eligible for the Home Team Day 1-year Family Complimentary Membership promotion?
The Home Team Day 1-year Family Complimentary Membership promotion will be available to Spouses, Children (Below 21) and Parents of Principal (Ordinary/Associate) members.
2. How do I signup or renew for my family member for them to receive the 1-year complimentary membership?
You may do so through our HomeTeamNS Mobile App via this link.
3. Is there any limit to the renewal of Family Membership?
There is no limit to the number of renewals for the Home Team Day 1-year Family Complimentary Membership as long as the Principal member has sufficient membership tenure. We regret to inform you that you will not be able to enjoy the promotion if the Principal member has insufficient membership tenure.
4. I have just renewed my Family membership, may I get a refund to enjoy this promotion?
Membership fees are strictly non-refundable.
5. Does promotion apply to Social or Corporate members?
No. The Home Team Day 1-year Family Complimentary Membership promotion is only applicable to Spouses, Children (Below 21) and Parents of Principal (Ordinary/Associate) members.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- This promotion is valid for the application of complimentary 1-year HomeTeamNS principal membership (the “Promotion”) from 1 March 2024 until 31 March 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
- The Promotion is offered for a limited time only and is only available through the links supplied on this page or any official communication that the eligible member may receive.
- To be eligible for this Promotion, you need to meet the following criteria to qualify:
- You must be eligible to be either a HomeTeamNS Ordinary or Associate member (“Member”);
- Please note that it may take up to 14 working days to process your application.
- For first-time applicant for HomeTeamNS membership sign up, you will be required to upload your proof of eligibility/supporting document via our Members’ Portal.
- HomeTeamNS Management reserves the right to amend and change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Lucky Draw Mechanics
- The Draw is valid from 11 to 31 Mar 2024, both dates inclusive.
- The Draw is open to HomeTeamNS members:
(a) Whose existing HomeTeamNS membership must not have been expired or invalid by the time of the draw.
(b) Hold an Ordinary or Associate Members
(c) Corporate and Social Members are not eligible for this lucky draw.
- Employees of HomeTeamNS and any other entities who are directly involved in the organisation, publicity and/or conduct of the Draw as determined by HomeTeamNS, are also not eligible to participate in the Draw.
- Persons below the age of 18 are required to obtain their parents’ consent before participating in the Draw, and such persons confirm to HomeTeamNS that such consent has been given, by their participation in the Draw.
- Eligibility for the Draw shall be determined by HomeTeamNS in its sole discretion. HomeTeamNS reserves the right to not allow and/or to disqualify participation by any person, at its sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.
- Eligible HomeTeamNS members may submit entries for each successfully registered Family Member.
- The Family Membership Promotion and Giveaway is open exclusively to Ordinary & Associate HomeTeamNS members whose memberships hold a validity period exceeding one year.
- The Draw will be conducted before 3 April 2024, or such a date and time as HomeTeamNS may determine without giving any reason or assuming any liability to any person.
- Winners for The Draw will be drawn at random by HomeTeamNS on the Draw Date using such methods and in such manner (which may be manual or computerized) as HomeTeamNS may determine.
- HomeTeamNS shall be entitled to use the name, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of any Winner for print advertisements or other publicity materials; and may otherwise engage any Winner for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as HomeTeamNS determines.
- By participating in the Draw, you are deemed to have expressly consented to HomeTeamNS disclosing your personal particulars to any person or entity involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Draw.
- Notwithstanding anything herein, HomeTeamNS has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of a Member in participating in the Draw or receiving a prize. HomeTeamNS’ decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Draw shall be final and binding. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
- HomeTeamNS reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Draw for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
- HomeTeamNS reserves the right at any time and at its absolute discretion to amend or vary any of these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice.

This lucky draw is applicable to HomeTeamNS members who has successfully activated and signed up their family members under the complimentary 1-year membership campaign between 24 Feb – 31 Mar 2024.
To qualify for the draw, HomeTeamNS member must signed up their family members under the complimentary 1-year Family Membership between 24 Feb – 31 Mar 2024.
Each HomeTeamNS member will be given one (1) chance for signing up/renewing their family members.
To accumulate additional chances, (1) chance will be given for each successfully added Family Member under this campaign.
The Draw will be conducted weekly on the following Monday (18 Mar, 25 Mar and 1 Apr), or such a date and time as HomeTeamNS may determine without giving any reason or assuming any liability to any person.
The winner will be announced on this page and will be notified via email. Winner must personally redeem the prize from HomeTeamNS by following the redemption instructions provided by HomeTeamNS.
If a winner fails to redeem the prize in accordance with the redemption instructions by the deadline specified in the redemption instructions, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize, and no further correspondence will be given or entertained under any circumstances.
No, winners will not be eligible for the subsequent weekly draws.
