Salute55 Lucky Draw

By participating in this campaign, participants are indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Lucky Draw Mechanics

1. The Draw is valid from 1 July 2022 to 31 Dec 2022, both dates inclusive.
2. The Draw is open to HomeTeamNS members who are deemed eligible for the NS55 promotion:
   (a) whose existing HomeTeamNS membership must not have been expired or invalid due to refund or suspended, and must in the opinion of HomeTeamNS to be in good standing as at the relevant Draw Date; and
   (b) who has successfully activated and signed for the NS55 promotion at $10 for the 3-year Membership and/or 50% off Family Membership during the Draw Period.
3. Employees of HomeTeamNS and any other entities who are directly involved in the organisation, publicity and/or conduct of the Draw as determined by HomeTeamNS, are also not eligible to participate in the Draw.  
4. Persons below the age of 18 are required to obtain their parents’ consent before participating in the Draw, and such persons confirm to HomeTeamNS that such consent has been given, by their participation in the Draw.  
5. Eligibility for the Draw shall be determined by HomeTeamNS in its sole discretion. HomeTeamNS reserves the right to not allow and/or to disqualify participation by any person, at its sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.
6. During the Draw Period, the HomeTeamNS member will be given one (1) entry for signing up at $10 for the 3-year Membership.
7. One (1) entry will also be given for each successfully added Family Member in the 50% OFF promotion.
8. The Draw will be conducted on the first working day after the qualifying month, or such a date and time as HomeTeamNS may determine without giving any reason or assuming any liability to any person. 
9. Winners for each month will be drawn at random by HomeTeamNS on the Draw Date using such methods and in such manner (which may be manual or computerized) as HomeTeamNS may determine.

Notification of Winner(s) and Collection of Prize

1. The winner will be notified via the registered email and prizes must be collected in person or by an authorized representative. The representative must present the original duly completed authorization letter from the Winner and both the Winner’s and representative’s original NRIC or passport at point of collection.
2. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or exchangeable for cash. All prizes must be claimed within one month from the date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
3. If a winner fails to redeem the prize in accordance with the redemption instructions by the deadline specified in the redemption instructions, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize, and no further correspondence will be given or entertained under any circumstances.  
4. HomeTeamNS reserves the right to draw a reserve winner or winners to replace a winner who is subsequently disqualified or whose prize is forfeited for any reason whatsoever.
5. HomeTeamNS reserves the right to substitute or replace the prize with another prize of similar value without prior notice. HomeTeamNS makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of the prizes, whether as to the quality or merchantability or fitness for purpose or performance or otherwise whatsoever. HomeTeamNS is not an agent of the supplier of the products and services comprising the prizes or vice versa. Any disputes should be resolved directly with the supplier. Redemption and use of the prizes are also subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.

General

1. HomeTeamNS shall be entitled to use the name, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of any Winner for print advertisements or other publicity materials; and may otherwise engage any Winner for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in
   such manner as HomeTeamNS determines.
2. By participating in the Draw, you are deemed to have expressly consented to HomeTeamNS disclosing your personal particulars to any person or entity involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Draw.
3. Notwithstanding anything herein, HomeTeamNS has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of a Member in participating in the Draw or receiving a prize. HomeTeamNS’ decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Draw shall be final and binding. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
4. HomeTeamNS reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Draw for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
5. HomeTeamNS reserves the right at any time and at its absolute discretion to amend or vary any of these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice.
