The basis of Jumping® is a combination of fast and slow jumps, variations of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and “power sports” elements. It is a low-impact yet dynamically high intensity cardiovascular exercise. Jumping® focuses on abdominal strength, spine, pelvis and shoulder stabilization when jump movements are executed. It is three times more effective than jogging due to the constant gravitational changes, which involves more than 400 muscles being tightened and relaxed at the same time. It is a strengthening workout through the complete range of motion of all joints.
