Who is eligible for this benefit?
You must be a valid HomeTeamNS Ordinary member, aged 70 years old and below, to be eligible for this benefit.
What if my membership has expired?
If you are holding an expired Ordinary Membership, you will not be eligible for this benefit. You will need to renew your membership before the benefit applies to you.
How do I apply for this benefit?
No application is required. All eligible members are auto-included for this benefit. AXA will notify and verify with HomeTeamNS should you submit a claim.
How long will I be covered for?
You will be covered for as long as your membership tenure. Coverage will only cease should your membership expires.
How do I know if my accident is covered under this policy?
You may refer to the policy document or email/ call AXA to enquire.
What is the criteria to submit a claim?
Criteria as follows:
- You must be a valid HomeTeamNS member at point of accident
- Accidents occurring before effective date (1 August) are not covered
- Claims submission must adhere to the T&Cs indicated in the policy
