For replacement of the generic HomeTeamNS membership card, a $5.00 administrative fee is applicable.
For replacement of the HomeTeamNS-PAssion Membership Card, a $10.00 administrative fee is applicable.
Payment can be made via cheque (made payable to HomeTeamNS) or by cash or NETS at the reception counters of the Bukit Batok, Balestier, Sembawang or Chinatown clubhouses.
