Members can now make phone bookings with HomeTeamNS to secure a slot. Admission to Singapore Flyer is via Authorization Letter at a nominal fee as follow:
With effect from 1 August 2010, there will be TWO letters available daily. In addition, the new rates are reflected below:
Weekdays (Mon to Thurs) : $25.00 per letter
Weekends (Fri, Sat & Sun, PH) : $30.00 per letter
(Each letter admits five people. TWO letters are available daily.)

Term and Conditions Apply:
- Members must hold a valid Ordinary / Associate membership in order to enjoy this benefit.
- One member can book only once per month.
- Phone booking only can be made up to one month in advance, are subject to availability and are based on first-come-first-served. No emails or walk in bookings.
- Members to make payment and collect the letter within 3 days from the time the booking was made through phone. Otherwise, bookings automatically cancelled without notification & allocated to next person on the waiting list.

Member can cancel their booking, prior to their dateline payment by contacting us at Tel: 66654600. Otherwise, the member will be barred from booking for one year.

Member can appoint a representative to collect the letter on his behalf by producing his/her HomeTeamNS membership card.
- Collection of letters only at HomeTeamNS @ Bukit Batok.
- Strictly no amendments of date allowed once letter has been issued.
- There will be a $20.00 fee for replacement of the letter.
- The Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions without prior notice.
